This is my 3rd time coming to this location and it will be my last.
Today, I ordered a smashburger with no cheese because unfortunately, I cannot have it in my diet. Once I checked it and realized that it had cheese on it, i had to go up to a window and knock for about 5 minutes before the girl came out to speak to me. I showed her the receipt that clearly says no cheese and she said that she would remake it, so I waited out in the cold while they remade the burger.
Once I got to my destination, I was about 2/3 finished with the burger when I felt something hurt my tooth as I was chewing. It felt like a rock in my mouth so I immediately spit it out. I was disgusted to find a foreign object or piece of bone in my burger.
I am attaching a photo of my bite of the burger, that clearly shows a foreign object that does not belong in food.
I made an appointment with my dentist because my tooth was still hurting later on in the evening.
I advise everyone to bite and chew the food carefully from this location!

The service was so nice and friendly. We did the drive-in. Whoever brought our food out was so sweet. I should have gotten her name!! I would love to personally shout her out. Ordered two of the double smash burgers and they were delicious. The boxes had the cutest notes on them. Thank you for making our day. Literally the best staff ever

The slushees are great and our food tasted good once we got what we actually ordered. Two of our sandwiches came with condiments we asked to have removed. Our tater tots and French fries came barely 2/3rds full and when we mentioned it to server he grunted sorry, but didn’t rectify it. The tables were dirty and the machine to run the Happy Hour promo dummy is so loud it is obnoxious.

The customer service sucks. The one female is always rude and short with people. The guys are nicer. They also close early u can place a app order at 10pm and they will cancel your order . Rude

The worst place ever. Never eat here! Ordered a grilled cheese for my son and looks like there was meat inside. Cheese was burnt to a crisp. Also why my burger was burnt and smelled like fish. They don’t even have fish there. Eat at your own risk! Disgusting. Calling the health inspector.

Went to the car stall and pressed the button, waited 10 minutes and no one even responded. I was the only car there so they weren’t busy. Decided to go to the patio ad try there to see if maybe I could get service there. I pushed the button and waited another 10 mi utes but again, no on responded. They were open, I verified because there was already someone eating on the patio and it was the middle of the day 2pm. I normally don’t review fast food joints but I think this warranted a mention.

Ordered via the app. None of the drive up stalls are working. Only the drive through. Over a 40 minute wait in the drive through. I won’t be back. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. There is literally one person working. No one wants to work so this business will definitely suffer.update: ordered tater tots. They no longer have tater tots. Didn’t find out until after waiting 40 mins. Also medium drink is actually a small. See picture next to water bottle for comparison. They didn’t give me the condiments I ordered. Just lost business.

I am super sad to be writing this. I love Sonic but my experiences recently here are in need of being told. First off, I pushed the button at the drive up screen and waited almost 20 minutes. I then noticed the car next to me had pulled in and they were talking to the staff inside. I could hear them say that they were not bringing food out to cars and that it was drive through only. I understand that with COVID and all, things are still messed up for whatever reason. The fact they didn’t inform me though was kinda messed up. I had to hear them tell a car two spaces away who just got there. Ok, wasnt going to let it ruin my favorite burger. Ordered two burgers and a cherry limeade. Pulled up and paid, got the bag and started to pull away, when I realized it was the wrong order. The car behind me had already pulled up, so I pulled forward, parked, walked back and the girl laughed and took the bag I handed her and gave it to another customer. I had this bag in my car and pulled away from the building and brought it back. I could have done anything to that food. Anyway, they got my order and I went back to my car. The burgers were on buns that were stale. As in old, dry buns that were falling apart. I was so disgusted and mad that I knew if I went back, I would have made a scene I was so mad at that point. I took the burgers and started to drive home when I took a sip of the strawberry limeade they gave me. Yes cherry and strawberry are both red but come on! I had begged for sonic to reopen after they closed. I now hope they close up again. This was horrible. I tried doing the survey on the receipt and it wouldn’t go through on my phone. Going back out to my car to get the receipt to try from the computer at home. This place is a disgrace, I never had a problem at a sonic in Florida when I lived there and was happy to have one near by. I will save my money and make my own food for the prices they charge and lack of service they provide.

Classic fast food restaurant. Liked the idea of being able to order from car without having to go to the drive thru. Food was pretty good for fast food and priced pretty well. Did get the vibes they were short staffed due to it seemed one man was running the drive-thru, all other ordering stations, and running out food
