Came in to the drive thru for a latenight nosh and my first Sonic experience. The staff was great and quite patient while taking my massive order. The hand off was smooth, the limeades were sublime and the burgers are a good portioned size but a little bland. I’d be willing to give it a try again since there are many other options to their menus

I only come here for the shakes and the onion rings. However, I haven’t visited this location in quite some time due to the fact that I can never get a fresh, tasty serving of onion rings. Ever! And today was more of the same. Dry, cold, coating just in crumbs. It went into the trash with the others.
The staff is usually friendly and service is fast, which I always appreciate. But the food gotta be on point, too.
Tip to the employees: if you wouldn’t eat it yourself or serve to your family, don’t serve it to your customers.

The drive in portion was closed when we went which in my opinion is the main draw of Sonic. The chicken we got was luke warm. The milkshake was pretty good.

Josh went out of his way to make sure my drink was exactly the way I wanted it. I love to get a Rt 44 Sprite with strawberries added. The more strawberries the better imo, and usually when I ask for this drink I get less strawberries than I’d like, however, Josh took the extra time to layer the 3 extra strawberry scoops I ordered inbetween the ice. My drink was wonderful and my day was made. Give Josh a little kiss on the head for me ♡

Gave me a cold foot long that was actually two old hotdogs that they put hot chili and cheese on . I was the only customer here, absolutely disgusting.
Came back to edit 15 minutes later, they made me a new hot dog and it was just a reheated old hard hotdog. I hope the young flamboyant man at the window is proud of himself.

I visited this location at the end if July 2022. My daughter has been wanting to go to Sonic for a while now. We were finally in the area of one and decided to give it a try. The car stalls were closed so we used the drive thru I understand all businesses especially fast food are short staffed. But let me say going through the drive through should not be stressful at all. The person kept saying they couldn’t hear us. We literally had to repeat each order 4-5 times. Upon getting to the window to pay we received our order rather quickly. We pulled over to check to make sure we received all our items and it was all there. We weren’t provided with any condiments and only two napkins for a group of 4. I ordered the cheeseburger meal; the burger was a pretty big size but it looked like and smelled like school cafeteria burger. I took one bite and was immediately turned off. I didn’t like the taste of the burger at all. I was excited because I love tater tots. I got my hopes up for absolutely nothing. The tater tots weren’t even good they also had a weird taste to them. The chicken sandwich and BBQ Jumbo popcorn chicken wasn’t good either. I must give credit to the French Fries and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blast were the only tasty items. It was a complete waste of money. I’m not familiar with the area so I’m not sure of the public transportation options. I’m not sure if I would give Sonic another shot.

Good sonic. Friendly service. It’s sonic. You know what to expect. The smash burgers are not bad. The chicken sandwich is. Tots, and desserts are great.

Sonic’s Double Bacon Burger (I think that’s what it’s called) was what I expected it to be – amazing and it’s definitely more than you think it is. Fries were ok but not at the same level as some of the other fast food restaurants (needed to be a little more crispier on the outside). Maybe it was just the batch I got, who knows? The lemonade needed to be diluted a little bit more (at home, my daughter added some water). Overall I would go back again.

The gentleman with long hair/beard who brought our food out 11am on 8/10 was so polite! Wish we got his name so we could compliment him. You never get customer service like this at fast food usually. The food was delicious, ordering was super simple, my family and I will be returning soon!

Food is good, service is not. While staff is friendly they don’t know what to do when the mobile app errors. Missed out on a 1/2 off coney and the staff said it’s probably my card. I then proceeded to pay for an in-person order with the same card. Also asked for specialty sauces and confirmed it twice, they still forgot it. The bad mobile app experience isn’t reallt their fault but they need training or a job-aid to satisfy the customer when the tech fails.
