Very difficult entrance, the outside looks run down, they abandoned all of the car ports for ordering, and you can only use the drive through.
They have a lot of options and the food is better than other fast for burger places.
The real trouble here is that they are extremely slow, especially considering they only serve at one window. Minimum 10 minute wait per car in line very slow. Experience over multiple trips throughout the year.

I have been here twice and the food is very mediocre. I tried for the first time the hotdogs, the Coney dog with chili and cheese, and the corn dog. I have to say it wasn’t that great. The quality of the hotdogs are very low. I definitely will not come back here, the lady at the drive-through was very friendly and nice, but it all comes down to the food in the end.

Went there in Oct 2022, food is always good, but depending how n the time you go, they can be really slow, I was the second one behind another car and it took about 10 mins to get my food order. Perhaps they have staffing issues. Also their packaging can be better. They put my hotdog at the bottom and the food got squished (refer to photos) Not a big deal, but it might be to some other people. Besides that food is good so far and price is great for fast food.

Always so helpful and kind, and the food is absolutely phenomenal. Best fast food restaurant in the states (in the opinion of a Brit). Sonic’s ocean water drink is unparalleled! I love the Route 44 size too, plenty to take home and enjoy later that way!

This sonic has seen better days, but the food was on point. They service wasn’t the best, and mainly because the rep wasn’t too knowledgeable about the menu items. I’m understanding, I got there 30 minutes before closing, but there still needs to be a decent level of customer service. They were out of some burger toppings, so I asked could a get a discount because I wanted a fully dressed burger. Of course I was told “Nah”. FELT as is they didn’t blend my cookies in my Oreo blast. They kinda just hand banged them up and threw them in there . If you’re going for the food, you should be good, but if you’re going for the Sonic Drive-In experience, this is not where you want to go. Want to give them a 2.5 because it wasn’t that bad, but I also want the owner to notice and take accountability for this establishment. Nothing against the people who work there.

The. Best. Fast. Food. Restaurant. Ever. This is absolutely hands down my fav place to eat. Sonic in Hasbrouck Heights always makes sure to get my order right. I ordered double sonic smasher combo, mozzarella sticks, all American dog and blue raspberry slush. What I got instead was food poisoning. They gave me a corn dog instead of what I ordered which was all American dog and the sprite from the double sonic smasher combo taste like they have not cleaned out the fountain machine. The whole meal was not fresh. I don’t know what’s going on with that location but this is the first time I got sick eating at this sonic.
