We got delivery from this location. It was a Saturday night so it took a little longer which was to be expected. Easy to order on the app. Order came exactly how it was supposed to. It was barely warm when it got here, so it had to be heated. Buffalo chicken snack wrap was really good. Burger was your typical sonic burger. Would definitely order from here again.

The drive thru dude screamed and I mean SCREAMED at my boyfriend for asking for a garlic butter bacon burger, asking him disrespectful questions and making him feel inconsiderate for even coming through the drive thru. I’m honestly terrified and am usually pretty easy going with stuff like this, but I’m appalled how this dude got hired. It’s unfortunate because we spend hundreds of dollars here a month but we no longer feel comfortable returning out of fear of being yelled at. We actually love the food here so this really sucks for us. Send this employee to therapy or anger management. We truly wish him healing and growth.

I went for the new double smash burger a couple of weeks ago and got an extra sandwich for the misses but it was definitely a miss with no seasoning on the burger. It actually tasted like a warm rubber patties with plastic tasting cheese. The tatter tots were fresh but had no salt unfortunately. Oh yeah price was crazy $25 for one meal and an extra sandwich.
The banana shake was okay, it taste highly artificial like a banana laffy taffy but my dog enjoyed it a bit.

Drive through is great very friendly service. One day I had to walk inside to take a piss, the place smelled like a subway station and recycled food. Next time I will use the parking lot. Love the slushies!

Sonic was started in Oklahoma and I feel like it gets worse the further you go from Oklahoma. I used to love getting some chicken strips and gravy and Texas toast. But I went to one in Colorado and it was subpar. Then I came to this one and I barely ate my dinner. I got a burger, a Reese’s blast, and some popcorn chicken. My roommate ended up eating all of it because it had no real taste. The burger didn’t do anything for my taste buds and the chicken didn’t taste fresh at all. The store has a drive through but none of the classic stalls. This place isn’t terrible. It’s clean and I got my food in a reasonable time with standard politeness. But if you’re looking for the real sonic experience or you have been to a sonic in Oklahoma, don’t come here.

Went through drive-thru, first employee was making two Sonic Blast for me. Second employee came over carrying a garbage can, sets down garbage can and grabs my Blast without washing hands, then proceeds to run around with it in his hands for several minutes. When they brought it to the window I could see stickers on the cup. I asked if there was a hole in the cup. I was told no it’s just a scratch on the cup that somehow needed two large stickers to mend. Well it was a large tear in the cup that the employee with the dirty hands held the ice-cream in the side of the cup with those hands! My last time going here!!!

I was overcharged for each drink I ordered. On the website they were listed as being 79 cents. I was charged 1.75.
I complained to the server, Shohel, but he merely laughed and said he just presses buttons and doesn’t set the prices. No apology was given, no refund was offered, no manager was called.
I complained online. The person I spoke to, “Joseph”, told me that the offer had expired. I told him this obviously wasn’t the case as the price was still listed on the website and had been at the time of the order. He kept saying the same thing, despite me frequently sending him proof that the price was current on the website.
He was rude and sarcastic.
Overall, a ridiculous experience. I would like a manager to respond to this review and supply me with an email address so we can discuss this further.
