Decided to try this again after last time was a disaster. No one answered the call at the drive up stall. Got in drive thru lane and waited forever, I think only one person was working. Food was not great today. No one is here. Parking lot is empty. Got food order quickly but quality has gone down hill from when they first opened. $30 for me any granddaughter. Will not go back again.

On our way back from Boston with our scouts, needed a quick bite . Never ate at Sonic before, wasn’t expecting much. I got a double smashburger, a little salty but pretty good. Tots were nice. Odd little setup, we ordered at kiosk and server brought food out to us at little picnic table, or they could bring to your car. They were very nice and friendly. Food was good and fairly inexpensive. Would definitely do again. Only complaint our scouts had was that they ran out of ice cream. Come on, that’s your thing!!! How do you run out? Things happen, don’t need the extra calories anyway. But would still go back in a pinch

Worst meal ever. We never get fast food, but it was a busy night for us. NEVER AGAIN. Almost 40 bucks for inedible garbage. Kids got milkshakes, they threw them out the window so fast I dropped them all over me and my car. Another 40 bucks dry cleaning and 25 to clean the car. Food was so bad, reheated stuff from earlier in the day that had a bad taste. Had to cook dinner when we got home. Even contacted Sonic and they didn’t have the courtesy to even say sorry.

I should have went with my gut and canceled after the smell of the restaurant hit my car through the drive through window…. Smelled like the dumpster was behind the cash register. The food made a similar impression. Not good. I’d rather have the $26.39 back in my account.
Chicken bites for my son and double bacon sonic burger for me. You can tell the fires were fired in old oil. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened. The mints were 100% the best part of the meal.

Ordered 3 soft drinks from a stall. 20 minutes later we had still not received the drinks so I call back in. 5 additional minutes elapse before we get 3 soft drinks, watching cars who arrived mere minutes ago get their orders and leave. Received the drinks and the Rootbeer had no syrup. You’d think they wouldn’t serve a root beer that wasn’t brown.. like root beer. Called in, asked for a new one, the carhop was very apologetic but even the new one was the exact same. No root beer syrup in the drink. Just a milky looking carbonated water. We pull around to the drivethrough to spare the car hop another trip, the employee that answered the machine insisted there was no such thing as rootbeer syrup and what we were served was a totally normal root beer. Again, the DRINK WASN’T BROWN. Swapped it for a Sprite instead and was handed the drink by someone with a poopy attitude.
We don’t expect much when going to Sonic but a 30 minute ordeal FOR THREE SODAS IS RIDICULOUS. No exaggeration. Ordered 3:17, didn’t leave until 3:48.

Came to this Sonic for a quick dinner stop on our road trip. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding. Definitely 5 stars!

Came here on May 5th. There was only a couple of cars. Seems like people were at actual restaurants celebrating Cinco de Mayo, where they actually get service and food. And I guess all of the employees at this location were out celebrating too.
We sat and waited after pressing the red button multiple times for over 20 minutes. I even moved spots thinking that there might have been something wrong with the red button at my first spot. When I finally gave up waiting I drove to the window and I saw employees just standing there.
Completely unacceptable.
The inconsiderate employees could have at least acknowledged me. If they didn’t feel like working they could have let me know instead of just wasting my time. It was a Friday afternoon.
Very sad to see this place apparently gone down hill as it really used to hit the spot. Apparently it was under better management when it first opened up. I guess this place lost its place on my list.

I usually don’t spend time for a review unless is a five star review! It’s fear to let the business know that they are doing well and deserve a a good review and let customers know about. Unfortunately this is not the case. My kids love SONIC, we are from West Hartford so we don’t mind travel 40 mimutes to this place that we have been many times. on Thursday, octubre 31st at 2:36 pm we place an order online for food drinks and shakes we arrived 5 minutes after we placed the order. We parked on spot 12 and we let them know that we were there it took 45 minutes to get our order, the food was cold, the fries extremely salty and the shakes very watery without any toppings or whipped cream and one was missing, also we could tell the difference all looked the same and no taste at all. I ask one of the ladies that work there if they could change the shakes and with an attitude she said THATS HOW THEY COME! I CANT DO ANYTHING. We ended up throwing everything at the garbage, almost $50 dollars order went in to the trash.
Sad to see a lot of restaurants going out of business only because at this time the employees don’t care any more about the place that keeps them getting a pay check every week, that’s all it matters for them the check and forget about the restaurant or be able to give the best service possible to keep that business alive for longer. We hope Sonic can fix what’s happening.
We won’t be back for a while!

The stalls are open but they won’t acknowledge you are there. If they do be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your food. They only acknowledge customers in the drive thru. Even then be prepared to sit at the microphone for several minutes. Their slush machine was down today, so i decided to get a limeade with my food. Not only was the burger soggy and terrible because they put it sideways in the bag, my “limeade” tasted like soda water. I open the lid and what do you know? It’s 90% ice. I had maybe 3 sips of soda water and my “limeade” was empty. Horrible all around. I used to frequent this sonic all the time a few years ago but this was the last straw and I won’t be back.

This happened about a month ago. Ordered a coke with extra ice. I really like the ice and eat it when I’m done with the coke.
After drinking the coke I took the lid off to do just that and saw a dead cockroach nymph on top of the ice.
I sent a message to corporate to let them know and they said to report it to the store.
I did not bother as I do not see how the store could not be aware they are infested with roaches – it’s not like I want compensation. I just want my favorite drink stop to be cleaned up. An infestation is not the result of a bad employee or something that the employees can address on their own. It is the result of a negligent owner.
Pictures are after fishing it out of the cup so I could send it to an entomologist to identify.
