The stalls are open but they won’t acknowledge you are there. If they do be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your food. They only acknowledge customers in the drive thru. Even then be prepared to sit at the microphone for several minutes. Their slush machine was down today, so i decided to get a limeade with my food. Not only was the burger soggy and terrible because they put it sideways in the bag, my “limeade” tasted like soda water. I open the lid and what do you know? It’s 90% ice. I had maybe 3 sips of soda water and my “limeade” was empty. Horrible all around. I used to frequent this sonic all the time a few years ago but this was the last straw and I won’t be back.

Came here on May 5th. There was only a couple of cars. Seems like people were at actual restaurants celebrating Cinco de Mayo, where they actually get service and food. And I guess all of the employees at this location were out celebrating too.

I have frequented here several times and order through the app to expedite service. My order includes 1 – 44oz. beverage. Upon arrival, I check in and wait…. afrer 15 minutes, I push the red button with 0 response. Then I proceed through the drive thru line to retrieve my order. (I am sitting here as I type as this is the 4th time this has happened in the past month) I don’t understand why they are not able to manage activity that takes place at the stalls?! I recently traveled and visited several locations and never had an issue. New management is desperately needed at this location.

Tried to order twice – once at the stalls, where I told my order and received no reply. After 10 minutes of nothing (even after we pressed the red button several times), we went through the drive thru instead…but no one spoke to take my order my order for several minutes before I just drove off.

Worst meal ever. We never get fast food, but it was a busy night for us. NEVER AGAIN. Almost 40 bucks for inedible garbage. Kids got milkshakes, they threw them out the window so fast I dropped them all over me and my car. Another 40 bucks dry cleaning and 25 to clean the car. Food was so bad, reheated stuff from earlier in the day that had a bad taste. Had to cook dinner when we got home. Even contacted Sonic and they didn’t have the courtesy to even say sorry.

Been waiting 20 minutes and still haven’t ordered……. Definitely take there time there is nothing fast about this food! I will be back on how the food was. yea this is by far the worst food/restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life and that’s pretty bad! The atmosphere was horrible. The landscaping was horrendous garbage all over the parking lot tomato on the ground. Service was zero. Quite frankly. I’d love to have my money back…… no I would like to go to another sonic to see if they’re all like this considering this is my very first experience at a sonic!!!!! definitely a horrible first impression

they dont have enough employees. we had to wait 15 minutes to order they didnt have a cashier. the food was cold. and he forgot the utensils then to pay you have to give them the card. Then he forgot the utensils again. He said he was busy.

This place either needs to shutdown or get their act together. I’ve tried coming to Sonic a handful of times and the service is downright horrendous. The workers don’t care about anything and wait times are outrageous. I will not be returning and don’t recommend anybody does for their own sake. Sonic is known for their roller skating, however, at this location that is non existent. Stay away people, this place has some of the worst service!! I even found hair in my burger, how disgusting is that… This doesn’t surprise me. Management needs to take control.

This was the worst experience, the stall didn’t work and we waited for 15 minutes then had to go to the drive through.They were out of lemonade and chocolate shakes. The beverage are served in Styrofoam, it’s 2023! The tots we luke warm at best, the pretzel was way over buttered. But my child ate everything so there is the second star for you. And the bathroom had a sign that said “out of order” but really weren’t and we went in anyway, a classic fast food trick so they don’t have to clean them which they weren’t.
