I usually get food from here somewhat frequently when there’s a deal on uber eats or DoorDash. My partner while on their lunch break decided to eat their chicken sandwich, lo and behold it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Like Gordon Ramsay would say,STILL RAW :’(

There is no indoor dining. Until a server comes to you, there is apparently no access to the staff. There are at least three ways to order; drive-thru, pull up to a speaker parking spot or in-app ordering. The food was excellent, the drinks are amazing and that all makes up for the little inconvenience! The staff was polite and helpful despite my accidental entrance through an employee only door ♀️

I would rate this location a negative 5 star if I could. Waited 21min for my order with completely no response or even acknowledgement of my waiting time. Thought they forgot my order so I asked and was told they are cooking it. What a joke. After receiving the order I see that the chicken sandwich was dry and shriveled up, looked like it came from the trash, the onion rings pictured here looked like a wet oily ball of funnel cake and the order was missing other items too. Not even sure what they would’ve looked like. Disgusting and totally disrespectful to receive that after the wait and a $31 charge. This location needs help. Went across the street to Wendy’s and got fresh food in 2 min. Unbelievable

If I could give this Sonic ZERO STARS, I would. I came through the drive thru at around 12am and ordered a double cheeseburger PLAIN with only pickles, extra, and a REGULAR hot dog. Once I got home, we realized we got a double cheeseburger with toppings, AND MORE THAN the usual amount. Our hotdog was also a CHILI CHEESE one, very soggy and almost soaking wet. Listening skills through the headset are CLEARY not good… Also, when I went to pay I asked to use cash first, then card. Without checking with me first, the guy at the window used my card only and goes “yeah so we dont take cash so I just put it all on your card.” Sooo I’ve worked in multiple fast food places and I fear that’s not how it works..! THEN I go as far as calling the store to tell them they messed up my entire order and if they really don’t take cash. The woman who I hope IS NOT a manager hung up IMMEDIATELY after answering three times, the fourth time she answers, I explain the situation, and she yells, “we don’t take 2 payments so yeah bye!” and hangs up without addressing my incorrect food order or anything. Don’t eat here. Disgusting food, horrible staff, hire new people Sonic.

The drive through was good. The employee was nice, but my food was not good. The chicken did not taste good. The fries were not what I expected them to be from other sonic experiences. And my cup was fraying Styrofoam all over my car and into my drink. All in all, my experience from this restaurant was definitely not good.

I went to got great fast service and the young lady I spoke to was very helpful. I think her name was rean. Everytime I go shes so polite and always trying to ensure that yhe customers leave happy. Great food n Great service. Has definitely gotten much better in past year . I would recommend going there

Took forever to get my order. They got the order wrong. The manager gave us attitude. Didn’t apologize for their mistake. Made us wait even longer. Shouldnt take 30 min to get your food order at a fast food place. Very disappointed. Won’t ever go to this location again

As you can see the franchise owner has not responded to a single review good or bad and no positive changes have occurred to fix the problems. They don’t care! It’s up to us customers to stop buying there and directly report this Sonic to Manchester Chamber of Commerce for bad business/service, as well as the health department for food safety. They have teens/college aged staff running this location with zero seasoned adults present and it shows. Very POOR customer service, long wait times, no manners, wrong orders, no apologies, high staff turnover. Food is cold or just mildly warm. You can order at the window or speaker if it’s operating but they prepare it at the window so you wait again. Complete failure. The district manager and/or franchise owner should be ashamed. Waited so long my car ran idle and lost 5 miles. Total half hour wait. Ridiculous. Not a “sorry for the wait, have a great night!” Just pushes the food out and closed the window. Tips of corn dogs are burnt and split fries cold. They charge $1.15 for a teaspoon of nerds in a mini slush. Never again! Stop asking customers to report to some 800#. You see the reviews!! I hope this Sonic is out of business soon and bring Dairy Queen. We get Kung Fu Tea boba instead! Young people work there too but great service, no bugs in my drinks, and wait time is very reasonable to none if I order online.
