The food was really good. My steak sub was assembled beautifully. The outside of the store and the outdoor dining area could have been cleaned and maintained a little better. The service was okay at first, then lost a star because of unbelievably rude staff. Then, we were told that we had to go through the drive through twice because we had friends with us that wanted to place a separate order from ours. We were at this location for and extra 30 minutes because of the wait going back through and ordering again.

The service today was horrible. I waited 30 minutes in a stall. With a server walking by to other cars! Finally went through the drive thru and the there was a young lady having the best conversation of her life. She had no idea what we ordered when we asked if she was giving us the right food! Overall food and customer service was subpar to say the least.

Several of the screens were broken for park and order. Some trash blowing about. Service was good though and pretty quick to get our food. Our attendant was also fast at taking our card and then bringing it back for a signature since the screen was broken to complete payment where we had parked. Food was typical, nothing amazing.

Updating my review to 2 stars now. This sonic doesn’t compare to the sonics in the south. As a born and raised southern girl my standards of sonic are high. This one takes literally forever to answer after pushing the button even when they’re not busy. They’re EXTREMELY slow to get food out 15ish+ minutes. Once you get your food chances are it’s wrong… and when you have to push the button again you have to wait another 5 minutes before they answer and then another 10-15 minutes for them to fix it. Not to mention they’re always out of what you want like onion rings or cookie dough for a blast. The slushes are pretty much always watery as well. The food also just tastes sad and fried anything is more soggy than crispy. So disappointing.

We like the food at Sonic. No real issues with hygiene. The staff employed seem reasonable, BUT, if you can’t service customers in a reasonable amount of time, YOU SHOULD CLOSE!!!! It’s horrible!!!

While I wasn’t overly impressed with the burger or onion rings, I will say that the milkshake was amazing relative to my expectations. I choose a banana shake and it was massive. It must have been like 25oz. It tasted great too. Can’t say that I’d recommend eating here, but if you want something with ice cream then this may work for you.

I couldn’t wait for my appointment to be done. I knew I was going to SONIC‼️ Well, we get there and started to order first mistake. Knowing it being cooked and delivered second mistake. The third mistake thinking the order would be correct. We drove from New London it’s not around the corner. Best part was a young lady I forgot her name she is the best part. Kind young lady she is a great employee an awesome woman. She’s the only reason why you even got one ⭐️ she is a real star. Due to your store had NO: onion rings(come on), chili(really) and steak (punch in gut). Come on Sonic let’s do better check this mangers organization something official might need to be done. Be Kind I hope next visit better.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Called Mgr he was VERY RUDE It took 20 min NOT getting waited on at kiosk. Ordered 2 qtr lb dbl chzbrg w/lettuce & bacon 4 $3.18 Xtra. WHAT A JOKE. Looked like they opened 2 that were already done an shoved in as little lettuce as possible and (2) 1/4 pcs bacon. Burgers were cold, rolls soggy. They also changed the onion rings to these extremely hard crunchy ones. I liked the way they used to do them.
