I tried to order on their app just to receive error messages multiple times. So I decided to just go to the location and things did not get any better. The person I talked to seemed to enjoy my dilemma and even laughed as I was explaining what I was dealing with. From there they acted like a complete jerk so told them to just forget it and left the location. I then get a notification from my bank saying that I had been charged not once but twice for the order that I never received nor got confirmation that the order had been placed through the app. Needless to say I won’t be using the sonic app again and I definitely will never give that horrible joke of a fast food service any of my money again.

All around the worst experience. I waited 20 minutes to order & then another 30 trying to get my correct meals. The lemonade taste & smells like Dr Pepper. I ordered a number 8 & didn’t even get the fries that come with ! A waste of my time & money!

If you want to go for the drive in experience, this is the place. (Currently, you can not go in the dining room because it is closed, so either drive in or drive thru) the food is what you would expect. Except they have TOTS!!! And those are great. Also the hand spin shake are good.

This place has really went downhill haven’t been here in a long time I would give zero Stars if I could wanted to call the place to be honest with you and give them a piece of mind I got a quarter pounder double cheeseburger and it was gross it was nothing but mustard slapped all over it and it had a funky taste the burgers have this similar funky taste to dairy Queen burgers no tomato no lettuce no onion nothing just mustard slab it out on top of funky cheese and patties now to the real problem I thought the shakes were half price after 8:00 p.m. I spent $6 on a strawberry shake and it was the worst shake I’ve ever had in my entire life literally it literally was just nothing but cool whip filled with little pieces of strawberry like where’s the strawberry ice cream to make it a milkshake I’m not even kidding I’ve never had anything like that before felt like they did it on purpose to me or something don’t go here don’t give them business this place is going to probably close soon saw some comments from other people something about food poisoning I better not get food poisoning I can’t believe I paid $6 for a milkshake and it literally was just cool with the whole thing was all white just cool whip from top to bottom

The food here was far from what I expected. I was expecting better quality than Wendy’s but it was worse than McDonald’s. I ordered a small fries, chicken tender burger and a small soda all for 6 dollars. When Burger King has 2 better quality chicken burgers AND a medium fries and medium drink for only 4 dollars. Totally not worth it.

We went thru the carhop & the service was fast and friendly, unfortunately the food was terrible. We wanted the mozz sticks for the drive home but they were obviously old and dried out…. We went thru the drive thru to replace the sticks for new fresh ones and they were delicious. When we go home to eat (3 mins away from Sonic) we were so disappointed with everything else. The super double bacon cb was dry af & there was absolutely no bacon on it, (??) the fries were soggy (possibly from the short drive home) & the popcorn chicken was 95% hard & only a few pieces actually had chicken in them. Very disappointed. I have been to the Bald Hill Road Sonic & the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot so we assumed this sonic would be the same quality. Definitely wont visit this location again.

When I was a little song, we used to hit sonics down the coast my first was In Georgia, they even used to roller skate it out, not sure what happened but they got lazy food is still good, drinks are absolutely spectacular

This place is completely useless. 5 times I’ve come here since it opened. Every time the dining room is “temporarily closed.” Is always, temporary? Awful experience, this was my last time.
