me and my girlfriend went to this sonic around 9:30, waited over a half hour just for her fries not to be edible (seem compared to regular fries we had to beg them for and remind them multiple times what they forgot), my cheese fries they forgot at first to literally have slices of cheese that smelt like fungus slapped on and probably microwaved, forgotten barbecue sauces that we had to ask for three times, and not to mention they didn’t even give us our extra creamer and sugars we asked for for our coffees. i also ordered a frito and cheese burrito thing and they didn’t even have it (didn’t bother to tell me until i asked) and asked if i wanted a cheese burger or something to make up for it. i told them i wanted something the same price as what i ordered not just any random item. worst experience for us and we will not be returning. the only good thing about this experience was the coffee. we could have gone to burger king wendys or mcdonald’s down the street and it would have been cheaper and less of a wait. basically don’t waste your time here.

Not only was the ice cream machine broken but they tried to get me to replace it with a cheaper slushee and the manager, Nate, was extremely rude to my husband. So we just gave sonic extra money because they would have to refund the whole thing and put the whole order through again and it was a large order, he wouldn’t even give us other items that added up to the milkshake price!! (I was on the phone with my husband during this exchange). Once my husband got home, we were missing an entire meal! I called and the manager said bring the receipt and they’ll give us the items that were missing, but I asked if it could be ready because my husband was leaving to go pick it up and the manager said no he couldn’t have popcorn chicken and tater tots ready for us! Seriously? He was extremely rude!!! And not accommodating for his own mistake!! There was no apology, just a shrug of like yeah it happens all the time. For the money I spent on the food, it is not nearly that good and therefore not worth it. The hassle of dealing with Nate, the MANAGER, made this whole experience awful, especially because it was a large order.

Waited in drive-thru for 20+ mins. Pretzel was old, no hot fudge for hot fudge sundae, no spoon for ice cream cup I had to order differently. Every time we go there, there’s issues… never again.

Came here last week and parked in the drive in speakers area. I had to have pressed the button when I was ready to order like 10 times in the span of 30 minutes with no service. Cars who got there after me were putting their orders in and getting their food but no one even cared to take my order. I asked the girl who was bringing food outside to the cars if they were helping me soon and she said she’ll let them know. 10 minutes go by and still nothing so clearly she didn’t let them know so I decided to just go to the drive through and the girl who said she’d let them know to take my order looked away when I was at the window being helped by another girl. I work in customer service so I know how it is to be understaffed and wait a little longer than I want to but it was getting ridiculous. Food was alright but definitely not worth waiting 40+ minutes for.

My money was stolen over there. Complete lack of customer service, spent an hour waiting in line (with no way to get out) and by the time I got my food the burger was freezing!! The fries were hard and their “signature” cheese was horrible. The parking lot was full of trash and the garbage was overflowing, I should’ve know it would be nasty just from the outside appearance! The milkshake might have been the best thing if it wasn’t so thick and with whole cookies in. Overall worst experience with food!

No public restroom, sat at a stall for over 20 minutes waiting for them to answer the call button which they never did. We then went and sat in the drive-through for another 20 minutes while they were waiting on the car in front of us. We finally gave up and left. Fully understand worker shortages, but this was a joke.

They seriously should not be open anymore. I’ve been there four times while on lunch and three out of the four times I had to get out of the line to make it back to work on time. Mind you I never even was able to order my food there’s something seriously wrong with that store and they need to seriously just give up or hire better people. I don’t understand how they make money to stay open when multiple times people have left the line and not even ordered. Terrible for business. They could be a Goldmine if they knew what they were doing.

Pressed button at drive in kiosk no one responded, can’t go through the drive thru due to height of vehicle. This is unfortunate as the 15 cars that did while we waited 20 mins were all taken care of. I would not like to escalate this as the last 3 months of the same complaint have not been addressed.

BEWARE of eating here. I placed an online order yesterday around 1PM. Parked in a stall and pressed the button. After waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone answering I went inside. I felt like I walked into a trap house. There was music blasting Cardi B in the back and people just walking around eating food and singing. As I was waiting for someone to come talk to me I witnessed the “supervisor” or “manager” WITHOUT gloves grab some fries that were for someone’s order in the drive through with his BARE hand, like a claw machine his hand came down and touched every single fry and he put the fries into the bag. Mind you I had just seen him come from the bathroom and from the looks of this manager he probably didn’t wash his hands. I then proceeded to watch him go further into the back where the fryers were. I watched him pop a tater tot into his mouth, AGAIN WITHOUT GLOVES and then proceed to make someone’s food. It was at this moment he knew he messed up because we made eye contact as he ate food while preparing someone’s food. He did not know I was up front waiting for my order. He magically came up front wearing blue gloves after that, how convenient. I then witnessed the person running the fryer in the back, ALSO NOT WEARING GLOVES placing tots bare handed into the containers. One by one I watched this man touch every single tater tot. I was absolutely disgusted at this point. I was probably waiting inside a good 10 mins before the manager approached me to ask for my ticket information. I told him I wanted to cancel my order, which was nowhere to be found anyways I heard someone in the back say it was probably deleted like another order earlier. I couldn’t be in there another minute. I made my wife go inside and get our refund. I told her everything I just witnessed inside and that we should never EVER eat there again. She went inside to get a refund. He told her that I was a liar, that he was wearing gloves the entire time. I would be able to tell if he was wearing gloves, they are a bright blue. I am not blind. This was a bold lie, I watched him. We had to call corporate to get a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE. The most unsanitary place I have ever seen.
