I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The entire facility is falling apart, the dining room is always closed, the staff could care less about the business and or quality of food. This placed should be torn down. I honestly don’t recommend anyone coming to this place. I’m from down south and have never seen a sonic in this state of nastiness

I’m coming from Hartford CT and when I do I’m always sure to place an order online. I check in when I arrive and within 5 minutes they bring it out to you fresh hot and perfectly made just the way you ordered it! They bring out extra sauces just in case you need them which I always need their honey mustard for the fries that are by far the best fries around! I’ve never once went to Sonic on Boston Rd in Springfield Ma and was dissatisfied! This place is awesome! Try it out for yourself you’ll see.

Held at rhe speaker for 11 minutes, tild to wait another cars pulls up to the other side and itder is taken, when i spoke up to ask why i was told it diesnt matter all orders will be taken and to be patient. After 15 monutes i drove off. Nothing like the sonics across the country. No eonder this one is failing. Hire better staff and fire the ones you have

Where to begin… service took a very long time. Half the food was cold, other half over cooked. Missing items. Over priced and pricing was incorrect between the menu to what showed on the receipt. Flavor was off… onion rings tasted like cinnamon. Employee was vaping in the window while bagging food. Overall not a good experience.

Waited over 10 minutes at the speaker before being acknowledged with no one else in line.
The food was disgusting slop, even worse than McDonald’s or Wendy’s, I honestly didn’t even think that was possible.
Burger tasted weird, the tots tasted like donuts, just all around yuck.
This is like gas station/dollar tree quality food, like something you’d take out of a package and microwave. I don’t know how places like this stay in business much less make a profit.

me and my girlfriend went to this sonic around 9:30, waited over a half hour just for her fries not to be edible (seem compared to regular fries we had to beg them for and remind them multiple times what they forgot), my cheese fries they forgot at first to literally have slices of cheese that smelt like fungus slapped on and probably microwaved, forgotten barbecue sauces that we had to ask for three times, and not to mention they didn’t even give us our extra creamer and sugars we asked for for our coffees. i also ordered a frito and cheese burrito thing and they didn’t even have it (didn’t bother to tell me until i asked) and asked if i wanted a cheese burger or something to make up for it. i told them i wanted something the same price as what i ordered not just any random item. worst experience for us and we will not be returning. the only good thing about this experience was the coffee. we could have gone to burger king wendys or mcdonald’s down the street and it would have been cheaper and less of a wait. basically don’t waste your time here.

Visited today. Ordered lots of food including 4 drinks which of 2 were ice teas. There was MOLD floating in our cups after we couldn’t figure out why the iced tea tasted exactly like that- MOLD. The Staff at the drive through was disrespectful after we politely said thank you for the food, she rolled her eyes clearly hating her job. First and last time at sonic. Sadly first fast food place that we actually were disappointed in all aspects of service, food, and of course the dining room was closed. The sandwiches were good but after we saw our drinks, kinda interesting to see the storing condition of food.

I had a $12 worth of food delivered ( 4 of all American combo, 1 was custom for a family member) ordered a strawberry milkshake for myself as well. and half was delivered , I was missing the milkshake and another combo . Tried calling the delivery driver and got nothing. This is the second time this place has messed up my order.

Eat there at your own risk! First my order got screwed up! Then when I ate my “All American “ the dog itself was hard, cold, and had a green tinge to it. The roll was hard and cold as well! My wife’s mozzarella sticks were under cooked, and her chicken tenders old and chewy! Bottom line: IT SUCKED!!! A complete waste of $22!! When I lived in Naples, FL, Sonic was my go to for dogs! The one in Springfield, MA is now my stay away from!!
