I would say a zero all together! I preordered my food at 6:40am said it would be ready by 6:49 got there at 7:05am waiting 15-20 mins never saw it. I even spoke to someone & thought they heard me but never got my breakfast & now late to work. Why preorder online when it will not be ready when you get there?! I do feel bad for the person that was there but if understaffed then you should not proceed to open!
