Picture perfect and absolute dream team. I’m not sure who the red and black striped twin pony tailed girl was, or her curly haired guy friend, but they are the best food servers I’ve ever encountered. So polite, so sweet went out of their way to give people drinks/food while mine prepped (big order). Completely relaxed & friendly demeanors. And my order is an actual work of art. Not only everything perfectly cooked, but the shakes are gorgeous. The food is gorgeous, and the stacking of all that I ordered in the bag???Knocks tetris out of the water. I’d give them an Olympic gold medal for food serving if I could.

Place is fine had good experience fast service. Location is rough for it given the parking lot is so small. Food was good smash burgers are great no real complaints. I do miss the novelty when they did do roller skates when they first started up now they just walk to you.

Always see the commercials never seen a sonic, about 2 wks ago we tried them out! Girl at the drive thru gave us great customer service, which is big to me! Food was ok same as .ost fast food places and the cost probably one of the cheapest of any fast food chains! I guess it worth a try!

made a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for it to come out, my chicken sandwich came completely wrong it was supposed to be plain and it came with everything, the bun was also rock solid. so i went through the drive through to fix the sandwich, the lady at the window made me repeat myself several times despite speaking loud and clear, and she also had an attitude the whole time i was telling her my problem. nobody ever apologized they didn’t care about anything. i drove off with my new sandwich that still had a rock solid bun but at least the toppings were correct this time . i get home to eat my snack wrap only to find out the chicken tender is burnt to a crisp and there’s a drip of queso so awesome. only go here if you want to have your order messed up!

From day one this place has been awful. Half an hour wait for the food every time – regardless of how busy they are, time of day, or size of the order. At least one item in our order is incorrect every time. When we do get our food, it’s overly greasy and inedible. No one at the store cares. I was excited to see Sonic come to town and it has been the biggest letdown.

It’s a shame with all these bad reviews the owners and corporate isn’t caring to step up for this new location. Pretty much falling to the bottomless pit. Literally can see nobody parking at any of the outside car hop parking lots ever. They are crippled once they have 2 cars in the driveway and will wait 18 minutes just to get your order in a drive-thru. The burgers are soy burgers and light gray in color that are soaking wet as well tasteless. Then the other issue is every other time just to get a milkshake their machine isn’t working half the time. I was soooo happy to finally get a Sonics in my neighborhood to only be let down completely! Have to go all the way to Audubon to get a decent burger that actually made with ground beef instead of berlin’s location cheapness using soy burgers. In this picture had to wait like 28 minutes and barely anywhere close to the drive thru window just to get a stinking shake! SMDH!! The owners/corporate just threw their investment out the window! I give this location if they are even luck to get past the next 2 years before their force to close their doors due to their own faults for not caring. Why do you think everyone is going to Chic-Fil-A and always packed with good quality food as well reliable systems in place to keep customers happy. Going to sonics paying the same with crappy food quality and a fake burger. My friends told me after going here once they refuse to come back due to the food is nasty. The time of this posting the Google reviews I saw is at a horrible 1.6 out of 5 stars. THAT’S PITIFUL BAD!!! Never seen a low score that low ever in my life for a business. WAKE UP OWNERS/CORPORATE! Save your ship before it’s completely sinks for good!

We keep coming back. We have the app and every time we’ve been here out of 5 times we’ve gotten a bunch of really yummy food for the price. Today the app wasn’t working and mobile ordering is down but they let us use the app deal in the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh.

I placed my order in the app at 7:53 PM, and it said it would be ready at 7:59 PM. I pulled into stall #4 at 8:00 PM, entered the stall number, and watched the screen show my name, my order “in the kitchen,” then “on the way.” Then the screen suddenly reset back to “place an order,” even though I still had no food.
After waiting a few minutes with no update or carhop coming out, I went to the drive-thru window to find out what was going on. Despite being clearly visible through the window, no one acknowledged me for several minutes. I could see one employee on her phone by the door while another employee was running around doing everything.
This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Sonic. The lack of communication, long wait, and poor customer service were very disappointing.

The food and service were great. Yes, we had to wait longer than usual for a fast food restaurant. But the food came out SUPER fresh. The burgers were hot and juicy and the buns were fresh and soft and the tots were fresh and crispy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
