I will start by saying the man who checked us out was very sweet and provided great customer service. Unfortunately the cupcakes/cakes we ordered were extremely dry and hard. They tasted old and not fresh at all. The oreo cupcake frosting had a freezer burn taste. I’m not sure if they make these ahead and keep them until sold but they were definitely no where near fresh. And at $4 per cupcake, we would expect fresh and gorment cupcakes. This was anything but. Even my children found the cakes inedible so the money we spent was completely wasted. Maybe they taste good fresh but to sell old cupcakes to customers, I find to be unacceptable. I would not recommend this establishment and unfortunately will not be returning.

Carl and Sonia were a pleasure to work with for our wedding this past October! Carl was so helpful and patient as he helped us navigate what we would like and wouldn’t like, what flavors to try and every little detail you could thing of even down to the decorating of our cake. He was so helpful! And the sweets were so delicious, our guests were all commenting on how good everything tasted!! We are so happy with how it all turned out for our day! We still plan on stopping to try more sweets anytime we are in the area 🙂

The worst thing was not being able to select the full variety of cupcakes and take them all with me!
Staff was accommodating allowing me to pick up before they opened. And these cupcakes were easily a top 2 dessert I ever had . Lemon blueberry or snickerdoodle were my favorite 10/10 will be back!!!

Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations provided the desserts for our wedding at Memorytown, and the desserts were not only delicious but beautiful as well! Before we decided on flavors, we bought a dozen cupcakes to try, and we loved them all. We ended up with a blueberry lemon cake and a variety of cupcakes, including coconut, carrot cake, Dubai chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, and lemon, as well as some key lime pies and chocolate chip cookies.
Carl and Sonia were a pleasure to work with, and Carl patiently answered my many questions and offered suggestions as we planned for our wedding day. I still follow the bakery on Instagram because I enjoy looking at all of the creative cake designs! We can’t wait to visit them in the future to enjoy their treats again!

We used Sonia’s for our wedding and for the most part, I felt the product was good and the flavor choices and customization options are fantastic! I found Carl very friendly and easy to work with for the vast majority of our wedding planning process. He was very open to my vision and any necessary changes that came along. I only wish there had been some clearer communication at certain points, and that the cupcakes had been delivered a bit sooner on the day of as what created some stress. But overall we were mostly satisfied with our experience. We had very few cupcakes left at the end of the day, so our guests certainly enjoyed them. My personal favorite is the strawberries & cream cupcake!

We got our custom nature themed wedding cake from Sonia’s. We asked them to use design features from several of their cakes and we were thrilled with the way it turned out. We had two different flavored tiers and our guests loved the taste. They checked back with us along the way and were flexible about pickup time. Highly recommend them.
