My husband and I were hesitant to try this place after reading a couple negative reviews, but I’m so glad we did! We ordered takeout and got an appetizer platter and the general gaos chicken and we were very satisfied with everything. I was surprised to see real white meat chicken and very little breading on the general gaos. Will definitely order here again!

We are new to the area. Very first time visiting here today for takeout. The lady who greeted me and took the order was very polite. Pupu, spring rolls and veggie fried rice – all delicious. Not a single item was disappointing. An infinitely better experience than Wonton’s further down Route 16, where we walked out after being ignored for 30 minutes.

Placed my order, they didn’t give proper amount of fried rice. The lady there argued that they did. Even tho they did NOT. I only had one 8oz small box of fried rice. She argued it was a 16oz. Told me nothing she can do and hung up. Also, extremely limited menu, you can’t split a bill at checkout. Very odd. Shame, used to be good. Guess not so much any more…

We went in the middle of the day so we saw them hand making some of the items. Food was delicious and the owner was very nice. Definitely worth going. We were craving Chinese food. We liked the fried rice, the chicken wings, the chicken lunch specials. The steamed dumplings were a little heavy. Maybe we should have gotten them pan fried.

This place is a complete disaster ! Stay away food so bad can’t even believe they are open for business. Against our best judgement we pulled in parking lot and noticed the miscellaneous junk along side of building I already was thinking twice about going in but
we did anyway after entering the songbird noticed a sign saying no table seats due to lack of staff sat at bar waiting forever said to my wife the bartender is probably the cook also , I was right she came out with apron on and we reluctantly ordered food I knew it was going to be bad , but couldn’t emagine it was going to be as bad as it was so horrible would not feed it to a dog !! We ate some then pushed it forward the bartender/ owner / cook asked if everything was ok I just said yes it’s fine can we have the bill please . Just will not ever see ep foot in there again and anyone reading this should not either

DO NOT GO HERE. This restaurant has to have just about the worst service I’ve ever seen. First off they don’t answer for the phones, so we had to go in person to order takeout. Secondly, the told us it would be a 45 minute wait even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Turns out it was an hour and a half wait to get our takeout order. It was very expensive but I was just happy to have food. The stapled up bag felt light so i verified with her if she was sure everything was in the bag; once i got home I noticed that about half the food was missing. There is no doubt in my mind that this place is only still in business due to the fact that most of their customers are first time customers cause its in a tourist area. Food isn’t that great either. Joke of a restaurant and staff, would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been eating here for over 15 years and I’ve stuck with them through thick and thin. Most of the time the food is excellent but occasionally not so much. I find it very disappointing that they have decided not to reopen their dining room and I am not a takeout guy when it comes to Chinese. They need to do a few renovations, especially the bathrooms and maybe we’ll return when/if they open the dining room again.

Food was good but the worse service ever!! The waitress who is a older woman was wearing a loose fitting tank top with no bra on! She was really slow. She dropped our menus off and didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink. She was very unprofessional! I’ll get takeout next time.

Ni Hao all! My wife and I LOVE this place! Everything is so hot and so fresh and cooked to perfection on the spot! Sue, the owner/hostess/bartender/waitress is absolutely amazing, she does it all with a smile, a cute joke and makes it all look effortless, and she is absolutely adorable! This is without question the best Asian food and service anywhere! If you are in the area and want Chinese, don’t even think twice, this is THE place to go!
