It’s off-season at Dollywood resorts. Does that mean that they are any less exceptional? Heck no!
I’m traveling in for work. After a very long day of travel, I settled in at the bar in ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Because it’s a little bit slower they’re doing buffets on the weekend and a new menu throughout the week. The chicken sandwich is outrageous! Nice and spicy! French fries are good. And Nina at the bar as a fantastic bartender! We had a great time chatting, which is always interesting because I’m an introvert. And she made me feel right at home. If we’re honest, I’m gonna be back every night because I don’t venture out lol.
Second night beer cheese Philly. Pro tip… get a side of that beer cheese sauce to dip your fries in.

We had the best experience at DreamMore’s Song & Hearth. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and genuinely kind. Sakina and Sandra were great. But truly, every staff member we encountered was amazing and made the experience feel special.
The pianists were absolutely incredible — their music made the whole experience feel extra magical.

Buffet food was good and kept restocked with fresh, hot food. Dessert table was empty 2 hours into dinner and never restocked. We weren’t charged any less than people who had access to full buffet that included dessert. Server was nice but VERY slow and never got drink refills requested. Why should he be better, 20% automatic tip added??

My husband and I tried the ala carte breakfast menu during the off season this past February. I originally wanted to order the chicken and waffles but they were not available first thing in the morning. We were told that the chicken was still frozen. No big deal. My husband ordered a coffee and I ordered a sweet tea. He really enjoyed the coffee. This was the sweetest tea I had ever had in my life. I’m not sure if it was because we were one of the first people in the restaurant that morning or if it’s normally that sweet. My husband ordered the traditional egg breakfast you can get anywhere with eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes. I decided to have an omelette since I wasn’t able to get the chicken and waffles. The omelette was amazing. I chose ham,onions and cheddar cheese. It also came with a choice of grits or breakfast potatoes. I chose grits and I’m glad I did. I don’t normally like grits but these were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We visited the resort in November and saw the breakfast buffet. It did not look very good in our opinion and seemed overpriced. We enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Heartsong Lodge better. I wish DreamMore offered the breakfast buffet and a menu option like Heartsong Lodge.

The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The best omelets in the Smokies. Bacon, sausage links, chicken apple sausage links, eggs, grits, gravy, biscuits, muffins, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, water, soft drinks, tea, hash browns, diced potatoes, pancakes, French toast, funnel cakes, whipped cream, yogurt, granola, Belgium waffles, English muffins, Gluten Free Breads, salsa, cheese, spinach, and so much more.
The best breakfast in Pigeon Forge, only Mamma’s Farmhouse and Crockett’s Breakfast Camp can compete. Food and service are excellent.

Rich southern-fare, which isn’t a surprise to any going to this buffet-style restaurant. Delicious food in quaint, trendy atmosphere with beautiful views and many photo ops. The thing my kids loved BEST was walking around the property afterwards!
Bottomless buffet options sure make for deliciousness, but also will make you bottom-full ( ) if you don’t watch the quantity! We ate dinner there and recommend it all, with a nice touch or two of Dolly added. Extremely friendly and chatty staff member

his was a wonderful breakfast for my sons upcoming birthday this week! First, Dolly’s hotel is stunning. It is worth the visit just to see it! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were sat at a table near the buffet and my kids thought it was the coolest thing. The make your own omelette chef was very good at his job and made me the best omelette I have ever had. There is something for everyone! The yogurt parfaits, prime rib hash, and fresh-made omelettes were the star of the show. If you have a season pass to Dollywood, they honor your discount there! I highly recommend!

This is the main restaurant associated with Dollywood’s Dreamore hotel. It’s largely buffet based. We are both breakfast and supper here, and both were good. It trends towards enhanced country cooking with some twists. Staff very polite and warm friendly atmosphere. Considering it’s a tourist location, prices reasonable.
