Amazing food, I’m Hmong and was craving Lao style papaya salad + sticky rice with sausage!! They included jeow for your Lao sausage!
I asked for a level 4 papaya salad, nice Thai chilis for a kick. Highly recommend.

This place is TOP NOTCH! I came here for the reviews and did not get disappointed! This food tastes authentic. Literally like someone’s grandma put her love into it! 10/10 recommend. I tried the Chicken Pad Thai and it was moist and super flavorful. I got a level 3 btw. Crab Rangoon! Perfectly fried and filled with a great ratio of cream cheese/crab. It wasn’t oily at all. THAI TEA!! Great size and tastes amazing. Will be going back!

If you’re craving bold, authentic flavors, this Laos food truck is a must-visit. Every bite is packed with the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and fresh ingredients that showcase the heart of Laotian cuisine. The nam khao (coconut rice salad) bursts with citrusy zest and aromatic herbs, while the laos sausage delivers a rich, comforting with just the right kick of spice. The sticky rice with jeow (chili dip) adds the perfect touch to round out an unforgettable meal. Coconut mango sticky rice is heaven.

The authenticity and passion in every dish make this food truck a hidden gem. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Laotian food or a first-timer, you’ll walk away with a newfound appreciation for its deep, complex flavors. Highly recommended!

Good Lao-Thai food truck. The Lao dishes are what I really like about their food. It’s not a straight forward Thai dish when you order from that side of the menu. And that’s what will have me coming back. It’s run by two sisters, as the states, and it’s simple food done really well with the right oil, good seasoning, etc. the fried rice is some of the best I’ve had in recent memory, I just couldn’t put the damn thing down. It wasn’t overly fried and the peanut oil really worked in its favor. Same with the fried chicken. The oil worked well for very subtle and plain chicken. What I will be ordering again is the beef skewers with the lemon grass seasoning and the sweet chili thai sauce. It was pretty tender. The Pad See Ew was what I loved. If they could make that sauce into a gravy and pour it on it next time, I would eat this every day! It’s fresh, has a bright flavor profile and it’s different than other Pad See Ew in that I didn’t taste a fish sauce and it had a fresh taste. Not something I experience normally with this dish and it was the best I’ve had from a food truck, let alone a sit down place. I’ll be back.

Stopped in here today and ordered Pad Kapow 4-level spice. The whole dish tasted great. Great spice level, perfect egg. And the included seasoned fish sauce cup was a nice touch. Would definitely come back and try their other dishes!

Their food will rival any restaurant! You’d expect the quality to be less than a restaurant. Not the case! I am a self proclaimed food snob, and they exceeded my expectations by far! Found my new spot!

I have been following them on Instagram since they first opened and I was curious to try them out as I’m very familiar with Thai cuisine but never delved into Laos food as it’s not as easy to find. I was extremely excited to give them a try as their entire menu looks appetizing. The food truck is also very cute and easy to spot! As I walked up to their window, I was greeted warmly by the chef and owner who was very kind and ensured my order was correct. I ordered a beef pad see ew and Khao poon (Saturday special) while my friends ordered their pork stick, pad thai, and Thuk Muk Houng.

So my friend has never tried Laos food ever and he was pleasantly happy with his order. He said the thumk muk houng was refreshing and tasty with a nice kick. They shared with us a pork stick and it tasted absolutely amazing. It tasted like Filipino BBQ pork skewers as it had a smoky umami flavor that was hard to not keep taking a bite out of. My boyfriend almost stole my skewer and so I had to eat it before he made that mistake cause I would have been so upset! My other friend loved the phad thai and said it was one of the best he’s ever had which was so awesome to hear. My boyfriend and I split the beef pad see ew and we were absolutely in love with it as it was one of the best pad see ews ever, I literally danced a small dance with every bite that my friends wanted to try it out and were sold on that dish. They wanted to order one for themselves for dinner later but had leftovers of dishes. I had asked for the khao poon to be made spicy as we were never asked for how spicy we wanted it which is fine but just know that if you ask for spicy, the chef will deliver on the spiciness. It was the perfect amount where I can feel the kick but it truly made the dish one of my favorite foods that I have had the pleasure to enjoy. Plus the fish ball, blood pork and chicken feet were packed with that creamy and delicious red curry broth so it was just heavenly. I am so excited to have Song Euy Nong on Wheels be my first experience of Laos food cause I cannot forget the tastiness of all the different dishes that I got to experience and will definitely be trying out the rest of the menu.
