We’ve been a few times and food and experience are always top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food ideas delicious.
It can get a little pricey with with signature burgers, but the value is there for us. Much better than some fast food for nearly the same price.
Also, they have the best shakes around. They are absolutely amazing.

Was looking for somewhere new to eat tonight wanted Chuy’s butsaw that the was a place called Son of a Butcher near it. So I clicked on it on Google maps then checked out the menu and was surprised that they sold burger sliders. Rolled out, got and told the guy at the counter it was my first time here. He gave me the rundown and I order 3 sliders, the smokehouse, the butcher’s special and the cowboy along with the Mac & cheese and onion rings and for the drink a strawberry lemonade. Wasn’t sure if it was me or the lemonade but it was really tasty, I had to ask for sugar when I picked up my order. I really was looking for a good burger experience to allow me to alternate eating at In n Out but the SOB wasn’t it for me. I guess my palate is not mature enough for this combination of flavors and the raremess of the cooking didn’t elevate these sliders. I had asked about the size of one before I ordered and was told it the size of the pos card reader. The bun may have been that size but the burger wasn’t. Nothing on my plate had any seasoning, everything was room temperature, there is no way they could be known for their onion rings, they were breaded but the onion ring was not cooked well. Forget the Mac & cheese, the sauce was good but the wasn’t much of it and the pasta wasn’t cooked all the way. I noticed another patron didn’t eat his either as I went to throw my trash away. Needless to say I left there still hungry. It wasn’t crowed at all so not sure why the food wasn’t cooked all the way and cold. It will probably be a long time before I try it again or maybe never try it again.

Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Clean and peaceful. Food was good. More filling than expected. I really wanted to get 3 sliders to try different flavors but glad I didn’t. Not enough room. Service was great, very friendly staff.

I was really looking forward to trying this place. What a disappointment, on so many levels. These were the worst burgers I’ve ever had.
We were there on a Sunday, 2:20P. Two parties in the dining room, no cars in the drive-thru. They certainly weren’t overwhelmed.
Our cashier, Miranda, was “polite”, at best. She wasn’t rude, but wasn’t exactly friendly either.
After 15 minutes, we were called to pick up our order. They made a mistake on our order, but whatever… that happens. The problem is that they insisted on seeing my receipt, as though we were having some kind of a showdown as to whose fault it was. Ultimately, they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it…(no apology).
The waffle fries and onion rings were actually pretty good, but the burgers were so bad. Dry, overcooked, under-seasoned… just horrible.
Then I saw the sign in the dining room imploring me to clean up after myself. If I had seen that when I walked in, I would’ve turned and walked right back out. Any restaurant owner who would post a sign asking his customers to clean their own tables is not a serious restaurateur; he’s a joke.

Everything was good. I love their drinks, and sliders. Have tried several and they all hit the spot. Tenders a nice and juicy too. Fries are hit or miss, but it’s never a full miss, like they’re still good to eat with sauce or ketchup. Service is fast and friendly and the place was clean with a good chill vibe. Recommend.

Perfect spot for a quick family lunch! We tried the 3-slider combo meal and the chocolate-covered Oreo shake—both were delicious. There’s a nice outdoor seating area, plenty of parking, and the place is clean and well-organized. Great for hanging out with friends too. Ordering was easy and the wait time was short.

I’m from the area and I was super excited to try this new place. I finally went today and I’m leaving somewhat .. blah. A smidge disappointed. The service was amazing, she was helpful with the menu and recommended a couple flavors with the hamburger and the chicken sliders. I chose the cowboy and smokehouse with the half onion rings and half fries. I was glad we could mismatch the sliders and get both fries and O.R. I enjoyed the cowboy slider a little more than the smokehouse but the smokehouse slider.. I’m not sure if it was my taste buds or what but it just tasted off, just off flavoring? I took a couple bites and the meat just looked a little too undercooked for my liking, someone else might enjoy it but I decided to stop after my second bite. The fries were nicely seasoned, I didn’t see any sauces though you might have to order those separate. Overall the atmosphere is really nice and clean and the service was great. I’ll probably try different flavors next time I come!

I had really high hopes for this place. Ordered during lunch time. I was thoroughly disappointed.
They came through with the extra crispy fries I asked for, but the burger patties were way too done which was not something l asked for. There was the tiniest piece of bacon on my jalapeño popper slider & only 1 popper.
There was a weird tendon or something in my Nashville hot slider.
Additionally, sauce is not included with the combo meal. I payed 50 cents for a half full container of sauce to go with my fries.
The concept seemed cool but I did not enjoy it very much.

WOW!! First time here and I’m blown away! Food is absolutely delicious. Ed talked me through all of the most popular items. The vibes are amazing here too. I really like the turf outside. It’s nice for the kids to play!
