The drinks and the apps were great. We split a main course which was a taco plate that came with rice and refried beans which tasted surprisinglybland but overall a good experience.

Food is delicious! One of the best Mexican restaurants in this area. The portion sizes are definitely towards the larger size. My husband and I usually split something. The margaritas are delicious with many flavors to choose from. Service is hit or miss. We’ve been here 4 times and most times service was good or excellent but we did have one bad experience if I’m being honest.

Had dinner the other night and really had a wonderful meal. I had an 1800 coconut lime tequila cocktail, which was rimmed in coconut flakes and it was so yummy! For dinner I had fish tacos and loved that the fish was grilled, instead of breaded. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. Great experience

I’ve been here before, and really enjoy other menu items. Yesterday I went, and I ordered the Pollo La Crema, and it was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had out in a restaurant in my life. No seasoning or flavor, it was basically boiled chicken in milk. The service was subpar, and the server was extremely quiet and shy. We also didn’t receive any chips as all other tables get. I even called to let them know about my experience but they were quiet on the phone and had no response.

Sombrero is located in a plaza in sharon. It’s really easy vibe here. The food served within good time. They give chips at each table.
My husband ordered a guacamole with chips. A server actually made the guacamole on table side to specified his taste.
I ordered three chicken fajitas dinner size. The dinner had three fajitas, rice, beans, and lettuce. Each fajita had chicken, cheese, pepper, and onion. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a side of spiced fries. The fries had a slight kick.
Overall everything was delicious here. I definitely hope to come back.

Great place with a very lively vibe, especially at dusk when they lighten up the place and your mood. Stumbled upon this place purely by chance. The kind of place that’s suitable for families, friends, dates, for pretty much all occasions. Great service with a genuine smile and awesome food – in terms of taste, portion size and quality. It’s already on my must go back to places!

I ordered a veggie burrito for takeout. Typically a burrito is a handheld food item. This burrito, if you could even call it that, was oily and melted and squashed into the takeout tray. There was a pile of cut lettuce and tomato on top, making it soggy. Couldn’t even eat it, I would’ve been better off getting Chipotle

This is a weird danger warning for younger single women. I went in around 4:45 PM. Pretty empty and I guess they were prepping for dinner no staff were on the floor excluding one waitress who was bringing out food. There were two older women sitting at the bar drinking. I came in and realized my Uber was on the way but I was so thirsty my mouth was like cotton, so I popped in to grab some drinks to go. I ordered 2 iced teas, that had strawberry, passion fruit, and agave. I am taking it easy on sugar so I thought this would be a nice way to quench my thirst and get out of there quickly. One woman takes my order. Another makes it at the bar, that I can see in the distance. I am standing my by the stand a few feet after the front door. I can see into the kitchen because they have to door wide open. The restaurant is empty excluding the 4 other patrons present. I see a kid come out, shorter than the woman making my drinks. They apparently use a strawberry syrup, passionfruit juice, shake it up with ice then add the iced tea. While she is putting stuff into the glasses to shake up a kid comes out of the kitchen, about age 13 maybe, he tosses to me what looks like a white circular thing into one of the drinks, then goes to the kitchen. I freak. I go up to her and ask did he just toss something into my drink. She says yes and smiles. Then she pretends to not understand English when I repeat myself and state, did you just say he did toss something into my drink, then she says, yes more, as in do I want more drinks. I say no. I go get my phone and take a picture of the area, and then who comes out of the kitchen? Like his big brother or something wearing the same exact sweater, taller, older, buffer. Everyone else has retreated into the kitchen out of sight, but the door is still open so they are in a different part of the kitchen.
I think, maybe I am overreacting and it was an ingredient in the drink. Nope. I tried both drinks and one tasted normal and the other didn’t. My chest feels a little tight, my throat is itching, but I haven’t passed out, so what the heck was that about? Just being jerks?
They also didn’t fill my drinks up all the way. Spending $8.97 to be attacked for no reason. Hard pass on this place. If you are a single woman by yourself, who is Black, and under age 40, maybe don’t go here.

Most definitely the best Mexican food around. I’ve been here many many times and it’s always delicious. The staff is friendly, very clean and the food is amazing. Highly recommend.
