I came with my daughter, she’s 9. The food was excellent. Highly recommended. They deserve 5 stars. Service was wonderful. Curry was perfect. My daughter says if there were 6 stars she would give them 6! Thai iced tea is the best and we thought their salt and pepper shakers were very classy! Thanks so much for our Tues. dinner night! We had a wonderful time.******

I really enjoy the food, but the restaurant itself is definitely suffering. Service is understaffed during certain times and the decorum is okay at best.
However, because the food has always been solid and delicious, which is really why you go. The prices have increased slightly to match the economics, but still really good cost value.
Some days they have sample desserts depending on when you go and great online coupon values for ordering.

Amazing food, not service. One visit I wasn’t even given a menu before asking what I wanted. Then after ordering, she forgot one of my two items.
On a separate occasion, we were the only ones in the restaurant and our waitress never asked how our food was or if we needed anything (we did). I had to go up to the counter (where I found her with ear buds in her ears, talking on the phone) just to tell her we were ready to order. It was the same waitress. I really wish the service was better bc like I said, the food is amazing. We’d be here more often. With 3 kids, you just can’t wait around like that. Not to mention how rude it is. I prefer doing take out for this reason.

This is my go-to mini golf spot! The spacious course boasts a full 18 holes, complete with water features, tunnel holes, and sprawling greenery. Ranks amongst the better (to best) Thai food I’ve had anywhere. San Franciscans are allowed to be snobby here, but for most plebes out on the road, I’d say cool it. Came on a Wednesday at lunch (from out of town). Lovely decor, wonderful service. The herb garden on premises is very sweet. Bathroom is very clean. Have no fear.

Delicious! This is the second time I’ve gotten take out and it’s been great both times! I tried the chicken curry puffs this time- hand made and out of this world delicious! My 1 1/2 year old daughter shovels this food right in!

Be careful about placing your order using their online system. Mine was scheduled for 6 which gave them 35 minutes lead time. When I arrived I think they started making the order, pretty annoying been waiting over 20 minutes as I write this review. Food was good though and usually they are on time. Only other complaint there were no cashews in my pineapple fried rice. I do still recommend Som Siam.

Everything was delicious. Service was very quick and friendly. My kids were a little rowdy and no one minded which was appreciated. The food was not over seasoned which is usually the case at many Asian restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Will be going back soon.

“Som nerve” is more like it. Food was decent but the service was horrid. I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken. When it finally arrived after 30 min., the dinner was brought first and the appetizer was almost forgotten, as well as the Thai iced tea I had ordered. No apology offered, no attempt to make it right. For the first time in my life, I did not leave a tip.

I used to come here a lot and the food was always amazing and exactly what was described, but I just went and I don’t know if they gave me the wrong dish, but I ordered the peanut curry, my favorite, but this time there were hardly any peanuts and no pineapple and it had other vegetables like cabbage that I don’t particularly like and didn’t expect. Their card machine doesn’t work, and I tried to call to ask if something went wrong with the order, but their phone is disconnected.
