We came here for our Anniversary. Our waitress Ally was superb, very attentive and friendly! The food was absolutely delicious! My husband had the grouper while I had the salmon, probably the best we’ve had in years. The views and atmosphere are top notch! We will definitely be coming back

The only good thing about Solstice is the beautiful ocean view. Unfortunately, the food and service were a big disappointment. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, and after our experience, I understood why.
The service was unprofessional. The staff spent most of the time standing around in huddles talking, first at the bar and then by the buffet area. My calamari came out cold and didn’t taste fresh. Our waitress didn’t come back table for quite awhile. I sent my calamari back, and asked for a new batch. The waitress came back and said was my entrée was ready and asked if I wanted the calamari taken off the ticket.
When my food came, the mashed potatoes had a strange taste, and I even found something in my green beans. To make things worse, the waitress messed up our bill three separate times before getting it right.
Between the poor service and disappointing food, I wouldn’t return. The view is gorgeous, but sadly it’s the only thing Solstice has going for it.

We’re local to PCB and came for a date night. We were so impressed. The location and view can’t be beat. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy an incredible meal. Everything was phenomenal, and the brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had.
Scott made sure we had a great seat by the window and gave excellent recommendations. Cindy was attentive and paced the meal perfectly. We’re grateful to have such a great combination of food, ambiance, and view all in one place. We’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant itself is pretty and it has okay food. However, we had ten people in our party and we were out of drinks almost the entire dinner. We had ordered 5 burgers total including 1 as a to-go order and we were charged for 6. One person in our party didn’t get their food until 30 minutes after everyone else’s. One other person ordered a side salad and was charged for a full large salad which is about ten dollars more. We were there for a total of 2.5 hours because it took 40 minutes for appetizers and then another 30+ for entrees. 2 of our smash burgers came out incorrectly so they needed to be brought back and remade. 2 of our sides came out ten minutes after the entrees. The caesar salads barely had any dressing on them. I had ordered the pasta with extra chicken which costed 9 more dollars for chicken, but had received barely any and it was very chewy. I added a picture of the pasta to show the 9 dollars worth of chicken. The calamari was kind of bland tasting as well. We had asked for mayonnaise and had received a bottle that was expired from May (it’s currently July). I had asked for another bottle and I never received any.

This place was absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed the night after our wedding on our way out to our honeymoon and the staff helped make this one of the best nights of our lives! Jess was our bartender and she did not hesitate to go above and beyond when she learned we were newlyweds. Special thanks to her as well as Ethan, Todd, and Chef Jamal. The food was amazing as well, and there’s the bonus of it being right on the beach, not that you’ll even need to go to the beach. We will definitely be coming back here for future vacations!

I’m mystified why the Google rating is a 3.9 and some previous reviews site bad experiences. Maybe there have been changes made recently to up their game, which they certainly have. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, including the manager who checked on us throughout our meals. We stayed at the hotel and ate dinner here twice during our stay. Our meals were delicious, fresh-tasting, and served in a reasonable amount of time. We had dessert, the chocolate lava cake as well and it was delicious!

Clean, welcoming atmosphere with no wait time for seating. Chef Bell’s food is outstanding, and both he and Ally are knowledgeable, helpful, and offer excellent recommendations. Monday night bingo was a blast—definitely adds to the experience!

Would not recommend the holiday buffet. Half the items are over cooked or completely out/not replaced the whole time we were there. Could be a lot more variety for the pricing. For example – – Choices for Christmas dessert were sweet potatoe pie, pecan pie or apple cobbler. The apple cobbler only had a burnt crust in the pan half way threw and was never replenished. Kids aren’t going to eat pecan pie/sweet potatoe pie so no Christmas dessert for them for the 25 dollars a child. If we went back we would just order off the menu.

Excellent hotel restaurant, expansive menu and everything I have tried here is great. Calamari is a must order (if you like Calamari). Excellent service, they can get busy but overall staff does an excellent job. Poboy is tasty, smash burger is great and their specials are always amazing.
