Solomon’s rotating menu highlights vibrant offerings from the Pacific Northwest where pheasant, elk and seafood are thoughtfully prepared alongside vegetarian creations and decadent desserts. With representations from the finest viticulture of the West Coast region, the extensive wine collection will perfectly accent any meal. Fine dining in Bend, Oregon doesn’t get much better than this.

Another less casual dining option on the property.
It is also the space for golf club members.

Cheerful, yet young, server, risotto a bit much cheese. Cesar Salad missing dressing. Fair wine list … lots of other restaurants in Bend

I enjoyed my meal here. Food was very flavorful and the old fashioned I had was great. Atmosphere was also stunning. Recommend

We gave it the ole college try and went twice. Both times we have gone the steaks were undercooked substantially (ordered medium rare and came out black and blue, ordered medium came out rare). This trip, tried medium and it came very rare. When it was sent back they only cooked half the steak the other half was same as before. The halibut was somehow over cooked. The sides were good as was the service. It’s just not a place we’d want to run back to.

This place is fantastic, and off the beaten (downtown) path, which means at least during the week you can actually get a table. We had an amazing dinner tonight – the mushroom toast is killer, the french onion soup is the biggest and best I have ever had. We could have ended there and had a 5-star experience, but the entree’s didn’t disappoint either. I skip meat, which can be a problem at many restaurants but Solomon’s has a rotating vegan entree which was amazing. The fresh pasta dish my wife had was also great. We were stuffed at this point but still managed to make some room for the creme brulee which also was done perfectly.

I was convinced to choose Sea Bass. It supposedly was fresh and wonderful. Well it arrived overcooked and had the shape of a catfish filet, not a hunk of sea bass. The leek puree was cold…I sent it back. I was someone’s guest but no one should pay for that.
Other members had an excellent filet of beef, some mediocre chicken dish with hard mushrooms and a double boned pork chop that was ok.
They gave us a free lava cake to make up for the meal. It was delicious. Don’t know what was the matter in the kitchen but members of that club know good food and you cannot serve that.

Very disappointed in my meal, the main course ribeye steak was well done and thinking back I wasn’t asked how I wanted it cooked. No flavor and not what I would expected from Solomons. Our side dishes and other entree was fine. Not close to other establishments in town such as Zydeco and Ariana’s.

The food here is always excellent. We took my sister out who had just gotten in to town, and she was very happy with the whole evening. Wonderful views, great staff, and epic food. You can’t go wrong. I would say reservations are probably a must.

Ambience, food, drinks, and service (Ari is the best) was spot on! Filet, steelhead and halibut was amazing. Compliments to the chef and staff for such a perfect evening. Thank you Ari!
