Quick stop for lunch at Solina. We saw the great reviews and had to try it.
The food was really good, we shared focaccia, then I had the spaghetti with garlic, tomatoes, capers etc and my partner had the reginette and ragu. All really tasty. The focaccia was cold which was very strange. Like cold, cold. Not room temperature. That’s the only reason I’m not giving a 5* for food.

The location and restaurant were great. Super clean, modern layout and I loved the look of the whole place and the toilets.

Solina is such a wonderful pasta place in Bath! The pasta dishes have so much flavour and umami that every mouthful is a dream! Kudos to all the chefs there. They know what they are doing. All pasta dishes were consistent in their flavour which I love as you know the chefs know what they are doing and are very well trained. I have to say, that my son had a scoop of vanilla ice cream and oh my God, I just discovered the best ice cream, this is not exaggeration here, this ice cream was proper Italian style ice cream, no ice crystals, just pure smoothness! We also had the tiramisu which was as excellent as mine (coming from a professional baker)

The atmosphere and interior is so nice. But the pasta was not incredible, I got the truffle pasta which was tasty but nothing that special, same with the focaccia- was a little dry.
Also kind of annoying that they only do walk-ins.
But immaculate vibes.

Great place for business or pleasure. I liked the relaxed but still stylish atmosphere. But the main attraction was the food. This incredible pasta tasted and felt like homemade. The location is superb and the attentive waiters made for a relaxing yet classy atmosphere. Thanks to the fantastic crew, it was a truly wonderful evening.

I’m not a local, and safe to say, this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in the whole west of England!! the whole restaurant was such a vibe as well, love the open kitchen concept where we get to have a peek of what goes behind the scenes.

their pastas were extremely delicious but their tiramisu was definitely the star of the show.

their shellfish bisque pasta was so appetising. My friends and I enjoyed our time here and would definitely travel to Bath just for this restaurant again soon <3

Had a table for 2 just after opening on Sunday! Staff were lovely and we were seated out looking bath. Menu is simple and we got two arancini, th mushroom pappardelle and the venison ragu. All delicious, good portions and very well priced for central bath in a stunning venue, can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely restaurant with great playlist, delicious food and bustling atmosphere. Butternut ravioli (£15) was very tasty and tiramisu (£9) was outstanding. Like everywhere it’s fairly expensive. Will definitely go back to try other dishes! Such a shame you can’t book though as so stressful trying to get a table

Really amazing tasty pasta!
I’m not usually a big fan of going out of my way of the typical Alfredo or carbonara pasta but these ones were so delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was well done and balanced. I thought it’d have the strong flavor of black pepper but no, it was great!

If you’re like me that goes for more “basic style pasta” I’d suggest you get the caccio e peppe one, in my opinion that’s the friendliest one if you’re not a massive foodie and prefer basic flavors.

Also, we had the caramel ice cream, you get 1 scoop of it, but it is fairly big I’d say, enough for two people if you want to save up some money but still have a nice dessert.

The staff was very friendly, Lucia, our waitress was super kind, Anna was very helpful explaining us the pastas.

The place gets a bit busy later at night so make sure you’re there earlier so you don’t wait, we didn’t t have to wait but when walking out some people had to do it.

Really nice place for pasta!

Beautiful restaurant serving pasta and drinks! Pasta was al dente and left room for desserts and drinks. Spicy margarita mocktail was a nice touch!

The crab raviolo was my fav

Loooved the food, good vegetarian options and the service was fab! However we were seated on a little bench facing a window and it was kind of an awkward spot the servers kept almost hitting us on the head with tray, plates, drinks. To comment on the online queuing system we went on a Friday night at 7pm, joined their online queue waited around 40-45 minutes. Not a problem we found a bar nearby to have a couple of drinks at but we weren’t given any estimation of how long the table would be!
