I ordered my food ahead of time because i had experience with a long wait time and not so great costumer service before.
I ordered my food and was told it will be ready in 25 minutes. When I went to pick up my food, the not so pleasant lady told me my husband had picked up the food. My husband didn’t even know about me ordering food!!!!. she gave my food to someone else with out even checking the orders.
Very non-chalant, with no apologies what so ever, she asked me if I wanted to place another order. I said no thank You, and left. Went to Ella’s Kitchen. Wanted to give this place a try since it is close to my house; staying away as long as that rude woman is working over there. Nothing lost here the food is not that great.

Proceed with caution eating here! I ordered a Polet plate with rice, beans, and chicken sauce, and the food was OLD! Unfortunately, I got food poisoning and was sick for 2 days!

I gave this place a 2 because I want to see the business grow. That being said, the presentation of the restaurant is 1 star. It’s a multi-use space and the aesthetic of the take out/order area is subpar/nonexistent. You don’t feel like you’re getting food from a restaurant but from a Money Transfer waiting room.

The food could’ve been better. We found a hair in our Tassot which ruined the eating experience. The rice also wasn’t well cooked.

I appreciate the attempt to bring a Haitian Restaurant to the area but the long term prognosis for this business is bad. I don’t know if the owners think because they are serving the Haitian community they don’t have to try but they are misguided. With Myrah’s Kitchen “ap voye fleur” for nearly a decade, you would think Soley Leve could come in and get a following but unfortunately that is not the case. Bon Berger Bakery remains the best place to recommend for Haitian food in Randolph and that is disappointing.

Good luck.

The setup really suck for a restaurant and some of the people in there needing some customer service training if not all you should really rethink the concept of this thing being a restaurant
