Fajitas, burritos & other Mexican classics provided in a festive joint with a full bar & happy hour.

The Loaded Combo Fajita was pretty tasty. The 3 tortillas didn’t go very far to eat all of the food. Ended up just eating the meat once I was out of tortillas. Likely should’ve brought some of it home.

I absolutely love this Mexican restaurant. I love the jumbo margaritas, especially when you can get there during happy hour and they are buy one get one! My favorite dishes here are both of the salmon dishes, I do not trust getting salmon from most restaurants, but this is my favorite place to order salmon! The grilled veggie sides are also one of my favorite parts of the meal, their grilled tequila veggies are wonderful. I also really like the steak nachos or grilled chicken nachos. The Chicken quesadilla is really good, authentic steak tacos are great, chicken enchiladas I love, I don’t think I have had a bad meal here. All of the servers and bartenders are friendly personable. This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants in the area!

Absolutely amazing! Margaritas freshly blended and they actually had Tajin to rim my mango margarita! Best EVER! Food was flavorful, fresh and delicious. Had the Enchiladas Toltecas and Colorado burrito and also the Fajitas Parrilladas. SO GOOD! So much food I couldn’t finish. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Our server Nacho was so great! He was super friendly and quick. Definitely try this place!

I got the Carne Asada Tampiquena: Hand-cut marinated skirt steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, Mexican rice, beans and a chicken enchilada. $21 The steak was dry, chewy and over-marinated. The refried beans were creamy but tasted off, as if they had lime juice in them or were slightly sour. The rice was perfectly cooked and loaded with peas and carrots, the corn tortillas appeared quick-fried and greasy. The enchilada that came with the entree was served on a side plate, filled with chicken, and finished with creamy fire-roasted red pepper sauce. The sauce itself was delicate and creamy but fell way too short on red pepper flavor. The staff was inattentive and preoccupied with their own personal relationship, making me feel uninvited to the party. The decor is nice and not overdone and the restaurant appeared mostly clean. I would suggest that leadership remediate points of service and hospitality practices. Overall? Meh, but adequate.

This is a great family or group place. There are American and traditional options. The service is great. Our family loves Solea. We’ve also gone to Solea for work team meals and happy hours and it had been the perfect place for these events.

We went on a Friday evening and they were busy. But we were greeted, seated, and served in no time. Our waitress was fantastic and fun. The food was fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that the meals didn’t all taste the same!
We started with jalapenos poppers and they were impressive. We had tacos, enchiladas, and mole. All were done well. We also enjoyed the margaritas.
We are definitely going to be back.

Awesome margaritas and amazing food. As a side note, it’s one of the rare places where you can find mole sauce, and theirs’ certainly doesn’t disappoint! Service was also extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. They handled our large party of 15+ people exceptionally well. Will return and recommend!

I don’t know if it’s possible for food to change lives, but the Chicken Mole burrito from Solea’s Mexican Grill just saved my marriage. Yes, you read that right—SAVED. MY. MARRIAGE.
After a long week of disagreements and tension, my wife and I decided to grab dinner from Solea’s. One bite of that perfectly balanced, rich, and flavorful mole sauce wrapped up in a warm burrito, and we both stopped mid-chew, locked eyes, and smiled for the first time in days. It was as if the burrito whispered, *“Hey, life is too short for petty arguments. Let’s enjoy this together.”*
By the time we finished, we were laughing, reminiscing, and realizing how silly our fight had been. I don’t know what kind of magic Solea’s puts in their mole, but it’s the kind of culinary brilliance that brings people together.
Thank you, Solea’s Mexican Grill, for not only feeding us but for reminding us what truly matters. We’ll be back—and hopefully, next time, not in need of relationship counseling via burrito. ❤️
