We had the most wonderful meal at Solaia. The owner prepared an excellent Old Fashioned for us both and we enjoyed an amuse of cheese salami and bread while we contemplated the menu. The owner shared one of his fantastic tomatoes with Burrata and basil with a drizzle of olive oil and Balsamic vinegar…heaven!

Excellent Food, service, and atmosphere. Solaia came as an incredible surprise for two foodies from California traveling to the Catskills for some theatre. The food was perfectly seasoned, and the staff were beyond helpful and professional. What a gem to find!!! Great wine list.

We happened to be at the Casino this weekend and I had found this restaurant via Google. If you are from the city like we are, this place definitely seems in the middle of nowhere on a dark night. However it is well worth the Google Maps to venture out and leave the casino. Very cozy on cold winters night…. Service was outstanding!!! Ambiance was romantic and food was fresh and amazing!
