My first lunch choice for any Mexican Restaurant is a Speedy Gonzales. They did an excellent job on this. Fresh ingredients, plenty of food, and very fast.

Excellent service and delicious food! It is hard to find any Mexican restaurants that serve breakfast, so I was super excited to see the breakfast menu. I had huevos con chorizo, with beans and home fries, and horchata to drink. Simple, but delicious, just like a great breakfast is supposed to be. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to return for dinner.
Update: I returned the following day for dinner and y’all, I just love this little restaurant! The atmosphere is relaxed, the owner is super sweet, and they don’t mind customizing your order. You can’t beat the prices, and the beer is ice cold as well!

I have found our new Mexican restaurant!!! We heard this place was worth the drive to Parker’s Crossroads and, oh my goodness, it did not disappoint!
First, the atmosphere – very quaint, authentic charm with a small diner vibe. Loved it.
Second, the service – Our server was Kerri, and she was fantastic! We also met the owners (hostess and cook). They were very nice and answered every question we had.
Third, the food – oh…my…goodness! The food was truly authentic, perfectly seasoned, and delicious! I have been to Mexico many times hoping to find Mexican food locally to come close to Mexico…my search is over. We got complimentary chips and salsa and the salsa flavor was wonderful. The three of us ordered the breakfast burrito, tacos and the carnitas dinner. My wife ordered a single tamale (her standard to judge all Mexican food) and it’s her favorite tamale she’s has in the states.
I can’t give enough compliments for this restaurant. Give it a try, I promise, you will love it!

Omg! Pleasantly surprised..the girls were awesome, the food was beyond our hardcore expectations & the place was super cute & most importantly…SUPER CLEAN!!! THE 3 LECHES/SNICKER DESSERT WAS SINFULLY DELICIOUS!!! Can U tell???

I was really looking forward to a good meal, but my experience at Sol Veracruz was a total disappointment.
The food quality was a major issue. I ordered the 2 taco (corn) plate one chicken and one beef, and they were so soggy they fell apart the second I picked them up. The Nacho Supreme wasn’t any better—it was a drenched, mushy mess instead of being crisp and fresh.
To make matters worse, the service was incredibly frustrating. Our waitress was extremely rude and seemed completely bothered by us being there. I tried to order a simple 2-taco plate, and she couldn’t seem to understand the request, and charged me for TWO 2 taco plates.
Between the poor service and the waterlogged food, I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other Mexican spots in town that actually value their customers.

My wife and I had supper here and enjoyed it very much! The food was delicious and everyone on the Staff was friendly and helpful. We don’t live in the area but very much look forward to when we can stop again.
