First time visiting Sol De Mexico and I am very pleased. The food was tasty, service was quick and attentive and prices were fair considering inflation. I got the Cabo Enchilada plate for under $12.50 and enjoyed it very much. The only thing I think would be better is if they served filtered water. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars and will definitely be going back!

I have to be honest: I found the food bland and uninspiring and surprisingly overpriced for what it was. Despite claiming to be an authentic family owned restaurant, it serves the same generic Americanized menu as so many other Mexican restaurants in the region, although I did find the addition of a few keto dishes a nice surprise (I tried one, and it was better than my dining partner’s enchilada/taco meal).
I might say it’s slightly better than El Charro (which it replaced), though that’s not a high bar. However, I’d pick La Cabaña just down the street over this any day of the week, so I’m curious as to why they’d open a mediocre place so close to another place that serves much better food.

Took FOREVER to get our drinks & food. Yes, we were a large group, but we were the only people in the restaurant. Salsa was sweet. Cheese dip was bland and watery. Chips tasted old. Was NOT impressed. Only good thing was the waitress was polite.

I order online and we ordered street tacos only got one of the 3 that’s was supposed to come with it. The to go cheese dip thats $6 came in a container no bigger than 3 inches tall. My shrimp tacos were all soggy as well. The chips were also super old. I will not be ordering again.

The food was great! The hot, fresh homemade chips were delicious! The serving sizes were great! The servers were wonderful!! They took great care of us! We had 9 people so we tried a wide variety of dishes.

We had a terrible experience! Our food was absolutely awful. My enchiladas had no cheese on them and were instead covered by a massive amount of Lettuce. The “enchilada sauce” tasted like chef boyardee spaghetti. The tortillas were old and stale. There was no flavor other than an abundance of salt. The only edible thing on my plate was the rice. The service was NOT friendly and very rushed. Definitely will not EVER go back. Better off going to taco bell ♀️ super disappointed
