Great service and love the dinning atmosphere.
Unfortunately the fish tacos had more red cabbage tacos with a little unseasoned fish pieces in it. not much flavor or seasoning on fish and the enchiladas also lacked flavor and seasoning. On the menu it didn’t say mole sauce would be used, it said either red sauce or green sauce . and I am not a fan of mole sauce so I was not thrilled that it was the only flavor I could taste when eating it.
The salsa was watery (see video ) and chips seemed stale.
I came here 4 years ago and the food was great but like many other restaurants, food quality has gone down.
You do get large serving portions and the rice and refried beans were delicious.
My daughter got the taco salad with chicken and said it was good too.

I must say it’s been a couple of years but I decided to stop in and eat dinner with my family. Every plate was so good. Chicken enchiladas with red sauce is so good and the steak fajitas also had the Cancun steak. Can’t complain except where it was a lot of food that Cancun steak plate can probably feed two people because it’s so big but not a drawback at all. I think you’ll be very satisfied

We really enjoyed our lunch at Sol De Mexico today, sitting outside to watch the world go by. My guava daiquiri was awesome and the gals like their margaritas. They split a Chile Relleno Burrito whilst I had a delicious Quesadilla Veracruz, and plenty left for later. Very tasty – we will be back for sure!

Great food and awesome service. We found our Wednesday lunch spot for as long as we are working in the area. Our server has gotten to know us so well that we don’t even need to order anymore! Highly recommend if you’re around Eustis.

Today we had Cesar at our waiter. He did an excellent job! I’ve been here many times and never had a bad meal. Margaritas are on point, service and food. Great atmosphere for all ages!

Got a lunch special, really affordable! Couple tall boys and the food came out fast and was great. The people are really nice as wel. I got here as they opened. Parking is all over but I like the little walk from the back area instead of the mains greet side. Nice decorations inside make me feel like I’m in Mexico! ❤️

Staff were so friendly and courteous. We had carnita fajitas and crunchy beef taco…both were delicious! The portions are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was wonderful… the colors, the lights, the tables were all fantastically interesting and inviting. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!
