This is a great family Mexican Resturant. Starting with great chips and sausage! I knew I was in a great place when I tasted the bean dip! I had the chicken enchilada with three sauces. My favorite is the red sauce. All are good and very generous portions. I’ll come back next time I’m driving thru!

Driving through from Wyoming to Denver. Food at this restaurant was delicious definitely will recommend this place. We shared the chilaquiles breakfast we live in Arizona and the Mexican cuisine is very different from Colorado cuisine. Use the restroom at this establishment and they were spotless very clean. Next time I’m passing through Wellington, I hope I remember this place because I would definitely come back. I will refer this to family and friends everywhere. Great that they have two locations

Very good foodand service. We had the Sol fajitas and they were great. Our son had ground beef enchiladas with red sauce and they were good too. If you like good Mexican food you have to visit.

If you’re looking for a margarita this is the place. They have a margarita that comes with a coronarita and a full modelo beer. That drink is all you need, it will get you right where you need to be. If you don’t finish it you can take it to go. Great option.
The food was very good as well. I got the pozole, it was good, my only complaint would be that the pieces of meat were very big, almost like stew meat but it had good flavor. The menudo was great, my daughter enjoyed it. My husband ordered the molcajete and we both agreed it could have fed two persons. The chicken was so flavorful and delicious. The salsas and beans they brought out for us were also good and a great way to curb our appetite while we waited for our food.
The atmosphere and service were good. Prices were a little steep. We were a family of four and we paid close to $200. Maybe it was those enormous margaritas. Either way, the prices are a little high. Not a restaurant you want to go to on a budget. But if you don’t care about prices and want to have some fun and enjoy a good maragarita THIS IS THE PLACE in Wellington.

Will never go back. I have eaten there 3/4 times. The waiter sucks never refills drinks got all our food messed up and wrong. My son got food poisoning. What I order verse what I got was absolutely wrong and when I asked about he just said no no it’s right your wrong. That’s not good customer service. Small town family owned or not save your money go to Fort Collins

Ordered a Veggie Burrito to go. Menu description was that it would have mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and onions. I cut into the order and it had ONLY peppers and onions! Who would think that was a good filling for a burrito, not to mention it was nothing like the menu description? It was inedible and $18.98. I guess they don’t care about food quality. I live 40 minutes away so there was no way I was going to take it back. Had previously had good food there. Won’t go back…
