This is an order at the counter and your number is called restaurant. If this is your first time, look at the menu before you come in. Limited seating inside. We were there on a Saturday night around 5:30. Initially it was very cold inside. Price is $20 per person on the conservative side. Took about 6 minutes for chips and salsa to be delivered with my wife’s enchiladas and then a minute later my enchiladas showed up. Salsa is great. Trio Enchiladas has a shredded beef with verde sauce. Beef is tender and sauce has a great spice. Chicken enchilada with cream cheese sauce tastes like I was eating from a block of Philadelphia cream cheese…very creamy. The flavor and tenderness of the chicken is outstanding. The red sauce on the cheese enchilada was the highlight of that one. Rice was ok. Beans are unseasoned. Would recommend. Maybe better is carry out.

I had creamy mushroom which consisted of grilled Ancho Chile marinated shrimp, and tilapia fillet, topped with Parmesan, chipotle, mushrooms, spinach creamy sauce, served with beans and rice….. absolutely delicious, presentation beautiful, prices affordable, staff friendly. I’ll be back to try more dishes…..
This is my favorite Mexican place hands down.
I returned and tried the tilapia tacos….. 3 Huge size tacos with a good amount of fish….it was delicious as well….

Food is always good. We usually eat here with family on Taco Tuesday. Service is quick on a busy day. Servers are friendly & helpful. We usually eat outside because we enjoy sitting outside in the nice weather. Salsa bar is tasty & the green salsa that we had was sweeter, which I love. I prefer not to order up front, so I always have another family member do that. Too hard to remember what everyone wants. LOL

We loved the burrito we got here. You can stay and sit and eat, which is fine. Sorry I didn’t get a pic. Fun authentic takeout place!

I got the Mexican salad with chicken. Chicken was good and the salad was fresh. Came with romaine, black beans, and corn + some sort of green cilantro sauce. Very clean establishment, hard working staff, and the sauce bar was well maintained. There’s a really interesting painting and I’m curious about the significance. There were times it got really busy but it never felt uncomfortable. The environment was nice and cooled off too, didn’t feel hot or anything. Good for people with disabilities. Unsure how well it would be for people with special allergies. I’m personally gluten free and it was fine. Might not be best for small children or large parties.

Rarely do I feel the need to make a review…but save yourself the trip..it was not good. Lovely people, great staff, but it just did not taste good at all. The chicken tasted like fuel, the carne asada was tough and not seasoned, the enchiladas…don’t even get me started. The best thing was guacamole. I’m sorry in advance because I did like the staff, but I can’t in good faith allow people to spend that much money for something not good.

Four of us stopped by for the first time and were greeted with a warm welcome. The food came out fast, hot, and delicious with big portions, and the friendly service and quality made it feel way better than a typical fast food spot.

The best Mexican food restaurant in the east valley. Service and atmosphere are great, doesn’t break the bank either.

Small local shop that delivers a big bang. They were so friendly and helpful on my first visit. I wanted to try the horchata but couldn’t do a full glass later at night and they gave me a small glass to sample. Absolutely the best horchata I have ever had and I have been craving it since. The food was also fantastic. I got the shrimp taco plate with refried beans and chips. The beans were so flavorful and the tacos were so fresh. Delicious food and will definitely be on my list next time I’m in Mesa.
