BBQ and Hotpot: I went here when they first opened, hotpot was alright. Broth was nothing too special. Tasted like instant package. Bbq was good and flavorful. Meet quality was meh. For the price point and quality of meet, my friends and I chose not to come back. Unsure if it has improved now.
Service: good and friendly
Bun Rieu: The broth was good and tasted authentic. However, the noodles broke apart a lot. It was a great portion for $9.99 on a Sunday, and I love that there’s no extra charge for asking for extra broth. Unfortunately, the blood jelly had no flavor. Its texture was very unusual; it seemed like they added extra gelatin to the mix, resulting in an inauthentic texture for the blood jelly.
Mochinut: havent had the chance to try, but they rotate flavors each day. They look delicious though. Will definitely come back to try

We came specifically for the Bun Bo Hue and it did not disappoint. I actually prefer this one because to me its one of the best in the area. Its beefy and flavorful with every bite. Most that I’ve tried it taste diluted when you eat the noodles but this one continues to stay hot because its heated.

An excellent all you can eat hot pot location. They also have a vietnamese menu! Soke is very unique compared to other hot pot and BBQ locations as they offer unique soups and menu items; like pho broth and and certain meat selections.
The quality of the meats was great. We did both bbq and soup. BBQ meat selection was great (in pictures). Soup selection is excellent for a group of 4 and the quality of the soup was delicious and very flavorful. The hot pot wasn’t too salty and well balanced with the flavors and ingredients.
The veggies were fresh and sauces really elevated the dishes. if you know what youre doing, the BBQ is an excellent choice.
The employees were very nice, welcoming and very helpful! would highly recommend this spot.

First time and we really enjoyed it! Wide selection of options for both hot pot and BBQ, great flavor, lots of different sauces to choose from, and very friendly service. Will definitely return to this family owned restaurant, had a great experience!

Sōke is definitely worth it in my opinion ^o^ !! Been here twice, and both times the staff and food was excellent. Doesn’t take too long to receive the food, and there is a lot of variety to choose from. Lunch is definitely much cheaper than coming in for dinner, but with the AYCE (excluding appetizers), it is still definitely worth it! Staff always double checks with us every once in a while if we want to order more and are very patient and understanding. My mom doesn’t go out to hot pot or korean barbecue as often nor does she know how to speak english as fluently, yet the staff members were very polite, helpful, and kind in my mother’s experience here. They also handed us extra plates and a lighter for the cake we had brought for her birthday. The second time I came I was once again with family members who this time haven’t had hot pot/bbq before and also aren’t the best with english. They were once again very kind and patient which I heavily appreciated. Overall, the staff definitely works hard to make their customers feel comfortable and have a great experience. As said earlier, food is delicious & nothing to complain about. I’ve recommend this place to many people already and will continue coming in the future. Great place to go every once in

The broth had some kind of grainy sugary texture flavor to them. We were not a fan of the Tom yum. The spicy bone broth was OK and the favorite was the chicken broth which then we just added our own spices to. We love how the menu clearly stated that on specialty items like lobster or certain steaks that it was one per person for all you can eat, which was really nice that it was already there so we didn’t have to feel embarrassed asking our server was very friendly very helpful. We also enjoyed our specialty drinks like the peach tea.

We decided to check this place out after the line at another KBBQ place was too long. I’m glad we did because it needed up being really a nice night out. The wait staff was really attentive, the server came back several times to help us work the grill. The portions were good and the meat all had great flavor. The only downside I would say is that there are other BBQ places that charge the same or less but with a lot more choices for meat and seafood.

We recently hosted a Chamber event at Soke BBQ & Hotpot and had a great experience. The food was high quality and delicious, with options that worked well for a group setting. The staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive, which made hosting an event easy and enjoyable. We appreciate their hospitality and are glad to support a Chamber member that delivers both excellent food and service.

Sōke Korean BBQ is a gem! The bulgogi is hands-down the most authentic I’ve had.
The really amazing thing here, you cook it yourself. That’s right, along with a huge assortment of spices to make your own marinade is just fun.
Perfectly marinated, tender, and bursting with that sweet-savory flavor that hits all the right spots. The caramelized edges from the grill? Chef’s kiss! Paired with their banchan and a warm, welcoming vibe, it’s like a mini trip to Korea. Can’t wait to come back for more!

This BBQ Hotpot place in Minnesota is gaining popularity. A few months back, the wait was a staggering 2 hours, but now, with Google and OpenTable reservations, we managed to get a table around 6 pm on a midweek evening. It’s less hectic than weekends, but tables fill up quickly around 7 pm. Tip: Their table setups cater well to groups of four.
Food: A solid 5/5 – fresh ingredients, well-marinated meat, and a flavorful mushroom broth. The mushroom combo is a decent choice, though portions are moderate. The sauce bar is a nice touch, with the soybean sauce being my favorite.
Ambiance: The place boasts a clean, modern design, and the waiting area, shared with a mochi place, offers a pleasant spot to wait or grab dessert.
Service: The staff is generally helpful, and the pricing is fair. I’d consider coming back to explore more soup flavors.
