Honestly, I had other options to go to eat Ramen noodles but decided to try this place. I Do Not Regret eating here. The food was Excellent. The young lady was very attentive. The pork belly taco was superb. I had the garlic pork noodle soup and taco and was wondering if I was gonna finish everything. You gotta try those tacos.

Can’t say enough good things about about SoJo ramen. Let’s start with a shrimp tempura so flaky just to perfection. Never had tempera shrimp. So delicious. Next Pork cashew tacos. The crisp and flakeness of the shell combined with the flavors of the pork and how tender it was absolutely top notch. The signature black garlic ramen was so to die for. Then for desserts the green tea churros. I have never had a churro taste. So good. It was like a caramel apple topped with vanilla ice cream. The staff is friendly and accommodating. For a meal I surely thought I’d be paying more then $30 per person, I was pleasantly surprised. Must try. I’m going back tomorrow. More items on the menu to try.

THE BEST WE’VE EVER HAD!
We’ve tried countless tonkotsu ramen spots all around Vegas, but this place always pulls us back. It’s the only ramen house we’ve found with a truly mouth-watering menu from start to finish. After a long day at work, this is our go-to comfort spot—they never fail to serve bowls that are rich, soul-soothing, and deeply satisfying. Every visit feels like coming home to the perfect bowl.

I love ramen, it’s my favorite dish and I’ve been to so many shops across the valley and have even worked in one. But when I moved in the last two years to the nearby area, I never once checked out Sojo, and I’m glad to say I regret that. Their miso, Tonkotsu, and Shoyu Ramens are all excellent, and I enjoy the vibe of the spot, and enjoy the people here. Definitely intend on being a regular here. Oh and they don’t have soju, but they have the next best thing, lychee soda .

OMG, I found a gem on the wall! In this area for a long weekend. and we’ve been looking around for a decent Asian food restaurant, and decided to try this one. But this one is way beyond our expectation. The food is so delicious! The servers is very sweet, soon as we walked in we’ve been greet right away……And environment is so cozy. ohh, and it’s not pricey at all, love this place, highly recommended.

My man absolutely loves this spot. It’s definently been his fan favorite for a quick, tasty, and hearty Ramen meal! One thing I love about this spot is their vegetarian options. I like the ability to enjoy a meatless dish every now and then. The service is great and the food comes out quick. The only thing I don’t like is when I want to order kimchi I end up having to pay a few dollars extra just to get a side of it to add to my Ramen. So quickly a $12 bowl can add up to $17 with the toppings. The portions are quite generous however. But other than that, this place is a perfect shop to come to satisfy your Ramen fix.

I’ve tried several ramen spots around Vegas, and this one is easily among the best. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made for a great experience. I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen with thin noodles—absolutely delicious and full of rich flavor. The karaage chicken appetizer was cooked just right—crispy without being overly breaded.
What really sets this place apart is the menu. It’s one of the most versatile I’ve seen, offering choices between noodles, rice, or udon, plus options for fried noodles and rice dishes. I also tried the Thai tea and the chicken katsu—both were outstanding. The katsu was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the Thai tea was the perfect balance of sweet and creamy.
The atmosphere is simple, with a clean and no-frills decor. Music-wise, they play mostly American Top 100 hits, which works fine, though a Japanese playlist could enhance the vibe even more. Still, overall a fantastic spot, and I’ll definitely be back for that katsu!

As a team, we decided today we would try SOJO Ramen. WOW, I am glad we did. The food was excellent. I ordered the $12.95 Veggie Spicy Garlic Ramen with no tofu but added bean sprouts. I also had the side Chicken Katsu because you know I always have to try the Chicken Katsu if it’s on the menu.
The Ramen was well-cooked and had an amazing taste spiced just right. Keep in mind this is enough to share if one was so inclined. The Chicken Katsu at $4.99 was also well-made, just crispy enough and paired perfectly with their Katsu sauce.
I will say the staff was friendly but way short-handed for a lunch rush; they could have used another server. But ours did well with what he had.
The location doesn’t seat many, but you could always take it to go.
If you like ramen, I would definitely put this on your list of places to visit. Overall, SOJO Ramen is a great spot for a casual and delicious meal.

Beautifully decorated ramen shop with phenomenal flavors! Most ramens are made from powder and super salty – this one was clearly made from bone broth and had the perfect amount of saltiness. The noodles were delicious and the meat/veggies were plentiful.
Jodie is the owner and is incredibly kind, and provides the best service! Highly recommended – one of the best ramen restaurants in Vegas!
