I need refund. I ordered to-go today around 6:50-55pm. Ordered 1 Back home specifically ask “No Cilantro” and one custom order with 2 protein. Guess what the employee there put cilantro on my order. I even tip them and this is how I’m being treated. Unfriendly staff, refund my money for the bowl and tip

I ordered a Poke salad for lunch and was genuinely enjoying it at first. About a third of the way in, I noticed a large bunch of very dark lettuce . At first, I wasn’t sure what it was, so I tried to spread it apart—and that’s when I realized it was old, spoiled lettuce that had bunched together and turned nearly black (see photos).
It was honestly pretty disgusting, and I couldn’t continue eating. I ended up throwing the rest of the salad away. Unfortunately, my friend who was with me saw the whole thing—and just like me, won’t be coming back. That’s two customers lost for good.

Salmon Poke- What I got instead was a tiny, diced slop of mush with pieces of skin and fat mixed in. This was the worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. I couldn’t eat a bite because it repulsed me so bad. Avoid.

Stopped in to quickly scratch a sushi burrito itch. Staff was quick and efficient. Not overly friendly or chatty but took care of us quickly. Restaurant was clean and bright. My angry tuna burrito was good and the family enjoyed their sushi bowls. Great place for a quick stop

Food is decent and filling. My only complaint is that the white rice had a burnt taste to it and some of the salmon was a little tough. This isn’t traditional at all, it’s kind of a twist between Mexican food and sushi/poke.

The bowl had a lot of sushi rice. I was disappointed in the brown rice that was in the burrito, hard, & undercooked. A lot of the topping not spread out, just spooned in areas. I will try again due to me liking it previously. When it is done right, it is delicious.

This is my first time visiting SOHO sushi burrito, I got their North Shore Poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised! Although making your bowl sounds so tempting, I have to say that their menu is a little more confusing than any other poke place I’ve been to. Also, their display of the ingredients that you can add to your bowl is very limited space so that’s why I opted for their pre-set bowls.
Their North Shore bowl tastes pretty good, except that the salmon are chopped into little pieces, which for me, it’s too small to have a good chew/texture.
With that said, their spring mix is fresh, rice are made perfectly, sauce are on point, portion is pretty decent.

Overall, I’ll come visit again if I just want decent sauce with pre-set bowls/burritos. I would visit other establishment for better fish/build-your-own experience.

I love coming here. I always do the bike your own burrito and it always comes out perfect. I have a pretty picky stomach. And nothing from here ever upsets it. I usually order the spicy tuna with cream cheese, avocado and mango.
