The kid’s corn dogs were a hit and my daughter devoured them. Fries were very salty (which I actually love), but a bit much for my toddler, so I kept those to myself. The egg rolls were just okay, like a 3/5. They needed a better dipping sauce…. not sure what exactly, but the ones that came with it were kinda blah.
Wings had good flavor, but they had that weird fridge taste… might’ve just been me. I took them home, tossed them in some hot BBQ sauce, hit them with the air fryer, and they turned out pretty tasty.
Sitting outside was fine, but a few patio fans would’ve helped with the heat. There were a lot of flies, but hey….. that’s just outdoor dining sometimes.
Oh and when it’s time to pay, you have to pay on their handheld device and it’s just annoying to me. It’s 2025, just give me a receipt with a QR Code to scan (with exception of paying cash).
Overall, chill spot. I’d come back.
We came for the all-you-can-eat tapas brunch (maximum time 2 hours), and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. The mimosas (limit 5 per customer) were good and strong, and the array of dishes to try was dazzling. We were able to work our way through most of the menu; particular favorites were “Hash,” “Bacon,” “Biscuit,” Steak + biscuit,” “Parfait,” and particularly “Beignet,” which was the best we’ve ever had–and that includes beignets from New Orleans itself. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Just had an unforgettable brunch at SoHo Standard and it was everything I could have asked for! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was just perfect – chic, yet welcoming. The unlimited food spread was a gastronomic delight, featuring a vast array of dishes that catered to every palate. Every bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients and culinary expertise.
But let’s talk about the highlight – the bottomless mimosas! They were absolutely divine, with just the right balance of bubbly and juice, keeping the brunch lively and spirited. The attentive staff ensured my glasses were never empty, making me feel pampered and well taken care of.
The ambiance of SoHo Standard added to the experience, with its stylish decor and comfortable seating, creating the perfect backdrop for a leisurely Sunday brunch. The place buzzed with a vibrant energy, filled with happy diners enjoying their time, which speaks volumes about the popularity and appeal of this spot.
I left SoHo Standard feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a culinary event that’s not to be missed. Whether you’re a foodie, a mimosa enthusiast, or just in search of a great brunch spot, SoHo Standard is the place to be. Five stars all the way!
They do take reservations and I would recommend making one if you are set on eating there but don’t want to wait. We didnt have a reservation but got lucky and was able to sit down right away. This was a bit past 10:30am on a Sundsy morning and the place was over 90% full. Staff there are super nice and efficient, definitely 5 stars there.
This being my first time there, I tried as many dishes as I could. A huge fan of the fried green tomato, steak biscuit, and beignets. Got multiple of these and would definitely recommend.
Thought the bacon and sausage balls, shrimp and grits, and the fish were terrible. Bacon is floppy and I am a crispy girl, so that’s definitely a personal preference thing and you may love it. The girt cake in the shrimp and grits were cold and hard, a definite no. The fish was over fried. Another thing of note is that at not even 11am (and their brunch runs from 10am to 2:30am), they were already out of the quail and almost out of the parfait and the oysters. So if you come at noon, you are already down three things you probably wanted to at least try! That’s definitely a problem IMO. These factors caused me to feel like 4-stars is the best I can do, especially considering the cost.
However, if you have never been, I would definitely recommend you to give them a try! Thr stuff that’s good are really good and you could just fill up on those haha.
