It was so delicious! This is my millionth time eating here and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious. Fresh, and hot. The woman who is always here is the sweetest person ever. Usually if you get the butter chicken (my favorite) you get a free mango drink which is so good! 10/10 would recommend.

Food that tastes like home! We tried the biryani, samosa chaat, and sampled a bit of everything. Everything was so delicious it was hard to choose a favorite. The portions are also so generous. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly, definitely, positively recommend!

The samosa chaat here has TWO samosa with just the right amount of sauce and topped with pomegranate for texture, very delicious layers of flavors! Tawa qeema (ground beef in spices) had good amount of ginger and kick to make it very scrumptious with naan. As mentioned elsewhere, if you can’t handle spicy food please let them know upfront, or have more yoghurt with your food.

Another no-brainer, Halal food place added to my list of go-to restaurants! The food was really good. We ordered-
Butter Chicken Bowl- 10/10. By far, it was one of the best butter chickens I have ever had.
Chicken Karahi Bowl – 9/10, very flavourful, spicy but not too spicy.
Chicken Biriyani- 8/10, We like our biriyani a little more “masaledar”, we just felt it was on the drier side. But still good.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable. We definitely would not mind going again. But we did feel the amount could be a little more for the price.

My best friend is Pakistani American and her mother used to make us the most amazing Pakistani food. For years I wished for a place where I could have those dishes again and Sohaila’s kitchen is that place. Not only is the food incredible and made with so much love (the biryani is unlike anything you can get anywhere else), but the people are truly so kind and wonderful. Sohaila is often there cooking the amazing food, and so is her son whose love for her and what they do is so obvious. They truly make you feel like family. Everyone should visit Sohaila’s kitchen. I go every chance I get!

Sohaila and Amad are amazing cooks who know what they’re doing when it comes to authentic Pakistani meals. First heard of Sohalia’s from their feature in the Open Belly podcast; one of the dishes that came highly recommended was the Chicken Biryani, and when I went to order it the host cheered that I tried something other than their Butter Chicken — which apparently is another popular choice and one I’ll have to come back for! The Chicken Biryani is on the menu Fri/Sat with basmati rice and a saffron spice blend. So yum! The family behind the counter were warm and tangibly enthusiastic about what they do! We had a nice chat as I waited for my meal!

Delicious authentic Pakistani food that brings the feeling of home right here in KS. I recommend this to anyone who wants that home cooked flavorful feel. The food warms your heart with every bite! I don’t usually review places but had to leave a very positive review as the food was delicious. I’m a trucker so I order a lot of ubereats from around Kansas City and the rest of the other places I ordered butter chicken at have nothing on this place. It’s even still piping hot after a 12 minute drive from the restaurant. Meat is tender, rice is perfectly cooked and I told them to make it spicy enough to make my eyes water and I was not dissapointed (:
