Usually really good we got to go and the deep fried sushi was not fully fried , the salad was old and rotten and then forgot the yum yum sauce we asked for , for the white rice. ⭐ Terrible Food and Even Worse Customer Service
We ordered takeout from Sogo’s on Monday and the food quality was unacceptable. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the chicken was completely burnt, and the salad was brown and clearly not fresh. It looked like food that should never have been sent out of the kitchen.
I called the restaurant and spoke with Cici, who apologized and told me they would replace the entire order. That seemed fair and I appreciated them taking responsibility.
However, when we called today to get the replacement, Kendall answered the phone and said she had to check with the manager—even though Cici had already told us the order would be replaced. After checking, she came back and said they had spoken with Cici and knew what we were referring to, but the manager (Courtney) refused to replace it because it was “a large order.”
For the record, it was not a large order at all. It was simply a side of rice and carrots, a chicken hibachi with a salad, and gyoza.
The issue isn’t just the bad food—it’s the fact that the restaurant promised to make it right and then backed out. If a restaurant serves subpar food, the right thing to do is stand by your word and fix the problem.
Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. Very disappointing both in food quality and customer service. I will not be ordering from here again.

⚠️ Parents beware! While sharing Hibachi Chicken with my toddler, I found a large bone in my chicken — he could have easily choked. When I told the owner, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, she brushed it off and said it “comes like that from the place they order it from” and they just cook it as is. Absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, multiple others in our party also found bones in their food. This isn’t just poor quality — it’s dangerous. The lack of care, accountability, and basic concern for customer safety was shocking. We will never return, and I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here

Delivery Order was incomplete. Called to atleast get a credit for next time, and was told, because it cames with the order you can just ask for it next time. Its basically free. Just because it comes with my order doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve some kind of credit. The order wasnt complete and i didnt get what I ask for. Period. If I dont get chicken on my food does that mean I just ask for more next time. Absolutely horrible. First and last time ordering.

I ordered through DoorDash and my order was all incorrect. I ordered steak and chicken combo and only got the chicken. I also ordered noodles and got rice instead. Lettuce in the salad was bad. This is about the 3rd time this has happened. Also girl at the front was extremely rude when I called to explain the error. Likely won’t be returning

Paid over $36 dollars for three meals. First the order was wrong. I ask for two Hibachi Chicken orders, one with extra chicken and only sweet carrots, order didn’t have any extra chicken, the other order was Hibachi Steak with a side order of sweet carrots, pictures below are of the steak order. There’s more food in a frozen dinner than what they included here and no other vegetables. Never again.

I had ordered noodles with my order and still got just rice. Since I love this kind of food I was sure hoping it would be better so I can go more often. Now I don’t have a reason to go back

I visited this restaurant today around 2:40 p.m. for lunch, and while the food was excellent, I was disappointed with the service I received at the front counter.
The greeter/waitress came across as unprofessional and a bit uptight. While I was paying, she made unnecessary comments about customers taking her pens, which felt unwelcoming. When I requested a copy of my receipt, I ended up picking it up from the floor instead of being handed it, and I felt it should have been offered without me having to ask.
A warm greeting and a simple “thank you for coming in” would go a long way in creating a better experience. I truly enjoyed the food and hope this feedback helps improve customer service, as this could easily be a favorite spot with a more welcoming atmosphere.

I haven’t been to eat here in YEARS!! But for some dumb reason I thought it would be a good idea to go and pickup some sushi for my dinner since I was the only one home that night- I am including photos of the food so you can see the amount of avocado they gave me for what they charged me and I should have went to the grocery store and picked up a pack of imitation crab for $1.00 and made my own crab salad since I was charged $6 freaking dollars to put it on top just ONE of the Q-rolls!! Once the girl told me the total- I remembered why I stopped going there- Their sushi isn’t worth the prices they charge- She asked if I wanted to cancel my order but I said no since they already were making it- I just told her that I just would not ever come back there!! A few minutes later she asked if I would like a soup (chicken broth) or a salad and I said sure- I will take the soup (which wasn’t even half full)- Then a few minutes later she said I got an extra surprise with the soup- like it broke them by giving it to me!! I guess if you are hungry and don’t want to drive out of Locust then you could eat here- otherwise it would be worth the 20-30 minute drive to the other surrounding cities where sushi is fresh and taste great and doesn’t cost half as much!! Save your money- go somewhere else!!
