Best Sushi I’ve ever had! Been coming here for almost 2 decades. Service is amazing! Food is spectacular! And drinks are superb! Love sitting outside on the patio in the warmer months or cozying up in the beautifully decorated, candle lit dining room during cooler months. No matter the occasion they truly deliver a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you Linda and Sonny for all the magical memories over the years and all the more to come!!

Beautiful place inside. Very easy to access from Center square of Easton. Menu offered a lot of options. I had dumpling soup(which was tasty), a crab salad(which was delicious), and 2 rolls.
Kirin roll – soft shell crab and tuna and eel
Spicy Yellow Dragon Roll – tuna, salmon, yellow tail, crabmeat
Both rolls were light on rice but full on flavor and nicely proportioned.
Service was quick and pleasant.

Ordered shrimp fried rice and crabs rangoon. The shrimp fried rice was hard in some places (clumped together) and didn’t have any flavor. The crabs rangoon flavor is a bit different from others that I have eaten but it was okay.
The service was great and the restaurant is really beautiful.
I figure the food may not have been the best because the restaurant specializes in sushi ♀️. I will have to try their sushi next time.

There’s good sushi, then there’s fantastic sushi. Fantastic sushi is the kind that you can still taste the morning of, and you begin planning the next time you will go back to indulge. My friend and I came to Sogo Sushi on a Friday night at about 7:00p.m. There were a couple of other people there, but no one was sitting at the sushi bar. We thought this would be a fun opportunity to sit at the sushi bar and get to know the sushi chef, Jóse. He is extremely nice and a master at his art. I asked him a lot of questions about all the special rolls, and he patiently answered all my questions- with a side of grace. I was served by a woman named Linda and a man named Sunny. They were very pleasant and Linda was quite social. Turns out this restaurant has been in Easton for 16 years! We ordered the crab salad, an order of chicken fried rice, the Monkey Roll, and the Out of Control roll. The salad was light, refreshing, and provided a bit of base filling. The fried rice was really good, some of the best I’ve ever had, and it had a good salt to garlic ratio. The sushi was out of this world- the flavors were so great that it didn’t need any soy sauce or wasabi. I washed it all down with a Japanese beer they have on tap on tap called Ichiban. This is really good stuff. We will definitely be coming back to Sogo. I’m surprised it didn’t have more customers based on the quality of the food. I’m thinking it has to do something with the location. It is a bit hidden if you aren’t look ing- almost overshadowed by The Bayou and The River Grille. I think they need to put a big old neon sign on the sidewalk, with an arrow pointing, saying “This way for the freshest Asian fusion food in Easton!”

Portions-to-price ratio don’t make sense. More expensive than it needs to/deserves to be. No forks/spoons/knives offered. Just straight chopsticks. Not everyone knows how to use them. I do, but I still like the option. No napkins are provided. I guess you’ll just have to ask for them at some point, and it’s many restaurants that have this issue, not just this one. It’s just a peeve of mine with any restaurant. The place is pretty small. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is kind, but the gentleman who made my virgin mojito has absolutely no idea on how to make one. I basically drank tap water with bitter mint leaves and a rusty-looking slice of lime. My appetizer was good, but had no business being a whopping $8.00 for six tiny shrimp “dumplings.” Their rice tastes like it was cooked in unfiltered tap water also. I am honestly very disappointed in this place. I was really looking forward to the food, but it’s all so underwhelming and in such small portions. I will not be coming back here again, but at least I can say I gave them a try. I give them 2 stars for the taste of their food. While small in portion, they were actually good. The chicken was underwhelming in portion and size, but good in taste. The rice was horrible. I had to dump the broth that comes with the dumplings on the rice to mask the taste. Anyway… That’s my honest review. The staff? Super kind. The food, overall? Tasty. The portions? Bad. The prices? Not worth the portions. I was mostly impressed by their bathroom, honestly.

Food is delicious, drinks are phenomenal, service is great, atmosphere is relaxing, and very nice and accommodating owners.. I’ve also heard that they’ve been is Easton for more than 15 years… one of my favorite places for dining in PA. Check it out and you won’t regret it.

Awesome sushi place right next to the Easton Circle. The salad dressing was excellent and I loved the miso soup! Ordered the sushi/sashimi combo and it did not disappoint! The tuna and salmon pieces were amazing! The Nigiri was just as good as the sashimi! The fish was hugging sweet and delicious pillows of rice! Amazing! The spicy tuna roll and sweet potato roll are personal favorites of mine.
Overall this experience was great! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very calm and chill.
I would definitely go back for seconds!
