I can’t believe the amount of food I was given. I was really excited to receive my order, but the portion size was shocking for what I paid. The pictures make the plate look full, which was not the case at all. This felt like false advertising and was very disappointing.

I recently returned from the UK after a brief vacation we’re all the food is clean fresh , less bloating feeling and was dreading coming back to the american quantity and not quality food!…My daughter introduced me to go fresh and after being served by Loius and the team and eating the food in go fresh this is definitely my forever go to place to eat QUALITY FRESH FOOD!!! No bloating, no sodium, sugar etc….Just fresh and clean!!! Shout out to all the staff, special thank you to Louis for your exceptional service! Keep up the good work guys!!! Highly recommended All! Easy ordering, ready on time and order is always correct. Food is delicious with great options . The Tulum quesadilla add goat cheese is my favorite. Haven’t found my favorite sauce yet wish they made super spicy sauce option.

My first few experiences with the East Fowler SoFresh was atrocious so I vowed to never go again nor allow my family and friends to go so when I moved to this area, I was hesitant to try. The service was great (some guy with an apron, hat and glasses makes it so welcoming and the food taste better) food is healthy, beyond expectations with taste and service is exceptional. 6/5

It does lives up to its name, SoFresh it is. Have tried different bowls but personal fav is the power bowl with herb chicken. Pesto sauce is amazing, never short of freshness. Staff is super friendly, wait time is really small.
If you are looking for healthy meals, this is your place. I just hope they open few more locations.

The food itself tasted fine, they just put the smallest amount in the bowl. I never really eat at sofresh so I don’t know if they are known for small portions and I missed the memo. I mean, I don’t need the portions to be massive, I just think for $12 it should at least cover the bottom of the bowl. I was just so excited for the meal only to be extremely disappointed.

My first time eating from this restaurant and I am in love. I don’t know why people are complaining about the portions. My bowl was absolutely full. I ate from it twice. The chicken was well seasoned and delicious. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and the rice was flavorful. I will be stopping again and again. Please don’t change a thing.

Why aren’t your cups tamper proof ? I think a sticker on both sides of the cup or a long strip that goes over the lid lets us know if the drinks were tampered with. You never know who’s delivering your food.

SoFresh never disappoints! Wonderful selections, extremely fresh ingredients and generous portions. As a bonus, even the app is easy to navigate while placing online orders. We just bought a home in the area and SoFresh has become our go-to spot when we have no time to cook, which is often.

Honestly has to be in the top 5 worst foods I have ever ate.
The sweet potatoes were not cooked through properly — I could feel the grittiness of the potatoes as I chewed through them.
The meal was beyond plain — I expected a home made sauce but it was pre-packaged. The only saving grace to the meal was covering it in the sauce.
Airplane food has more culture and spice than this, and that’s saying A LOT.
Also the hours were incorrect — phone stated it was open till 9:30, crew claimed it was 8:30.
If you’re looking for a build your own bowl place, look elsewhere. This is the worst I’ve seen them come.

The food is amazing. Everything I have tried has been delicious. But Poke bowl is probably my favorite. Also it’s down the road from Snap Fitness on Racetrack (shameless plug )
