The food was a 10/10 delicious, but the SERVICE, HOLY SMOKES! SOPHIA IS SUCH A BALL OF JOY AND IS ABSOLUTELY SOME OF THE MOST GENUINE, CHARISMATIC SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME!!! Even went out of her way to include the avocado cream cause it was my first time and I didn’t know what sauce to get, she said that was her fave and it definitely beat my choice of citrus mustard! I live close to So Fresh so I pick up dinner about once a week on my way home. I have done this for the past 3 years. Usually the food is fresh and healthy and the portions are adequate. They are not cheap. It’s usually over $35 for 2 meals. This week I ordered ahead for 2 meals, one large bowl with steak and a small bowl with salmon. The steak bowl had a total of 4 small pieces of steak and the salmon portion was about half its normal size and the rest of the ingredients were not as much as usual. And it was cold. We get th same meals every time so I know how they are supposed to be prepared. we go there often and the food is usually well prepared, So, we stopped by after a trip to Target to let the manager know of our experience. First, the manager would not even come out to talk with us at all. Second, his solution was to just have an employee shove 3 pieces of steak in a small box at us and send us on our way. Unprofessional to a loyal customer. We are not Karens. We were very polite and were just trying to inform them of our experience so they could let the employees know and adjust. Stuff happens. But the way we were treated was unacceptable and rude. So, we will move on. Grill fresh has good food, great portions and is the same price. So Fresh has lost my trust and my business

Just ordered from here through Uber Eats for the first time and holy cow was it good! Food was fresh and even looked good in the bowl. I got the smaller bowl and it was the perfect amount. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Their staff is always friendly. You can order directly with the cashier or you can order on using the screens set on the same counter as the cashier.
They have a large menu. You can design your own meal or select from the options they have listed.

The flavor was great and the food was still a great temperature when I came to pick it up. The food can be a bit pricey but considering the portion size it feels great compared to other places. The flavor of the sweet potatoes was great my only critique would be that they are cooked or steamed longer to ensure they are soft instead of being too firm as a few them are. Other than that this is one of my favorite restaurants and every time I’ve come I have not been disappointed. I hope you keep expanding and retain your quality and flavor at the same time!

First to me the food was salty. Everything seemed very fresh. The portion wasn’t huge for the cost. Two bowls and a smoothie plus $38.59.
We went into Warren lunch time and it was extremely busy. The girl behind the counter and the two guys cooking were working frantically.
The location was extremely clean inside even though it was very busy. It seems that a lot of deliveries were going out.
