Just tried So Fresh for the first time and I’m so impressed! The food is fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying — you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The portions are generous and it feels good to eat something healthy that still tastes amazing. I wish I would’ve taken a picture before I started eating, but it was so good I couldn’t wait! A big thank you to Victoria for being so friendly and helpful — she made my first visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I put an order in online which included a bowl and a peanut butter date smoothie. After I drove 15 minutes home, I found several pieces of clear hard plastic in my smoothie.
Some of the pieces are quite small, but others are rather large. If not for being sick, I would’ve turned around and gone back.
I tried calling the store multiple times to no avail, there is no option to speak to someone as you are sent to voicemail each time. I tried all the options available without being able to speak to someone.
I left a voicemail about an hour ago and still have not heard anything back.
This is my first experience at So Fresh and I am less than impressed but also extremely concerned that I have ingested pieces of plastic.
I’ll be contacted the Department of Health in the morning.

My family loves this SoFresh location! The food is delicious with so many healthy options that everyone will eat. The owner, Victoria, is so kind and her staff is always warm and welcoming! You can tell she takes pride in her restaurant and in the quality of food that’s served. 10/10 in all ways!

The young lady at the front was so professional. She woke when people entered, she made sure I was taken care of, and made my day! People don’t know what others are going through but she definitely put a smile on my face! Amazing food! The salmon was so fresh!!! The rice and broccoli needed nothing added! I will be back. Staff were polite. Polite but super slow service. I ordered the Caesar wrap and the dressing came on the side which is bizarre. Trying to add dressing just resulted in a big ole mess, as the wrap fell apart after trying to open it up. I’ve never eaten a Caesar chicken wrap before with the dressing not in the actual wrap until here.
