SoFresh Fort Lauderdale delivered an excellent experience for our department’s Christmas lunch. I recommended them to my boss, and they handled a 25-person order perfectly. The delivery was right on time, the food arrived hot, and the portions were generous. Every dish was a hit—several types of meat that were moist and flavorful, ultra-creamy mashed potatoes, perfectly roasted vegetables, and fresh, crisp salads. Our team kept commenting on how tasty everything was, and cleanup was easy thanks to the thoughtful packaging. We’re quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so it’s only fair to give credit when a place does it right—SoFresh absolutely did. Highly recommend for office catering and group events. We’ll definitely order again.

I ordered a plate today and was told the brown rice wasn’t ready and would take about 30 minutes. I said that was fine and left to go to Chipotle, then came back once the food was ready. Before leaving, I opened my bowl to make sure everything was correct because the last time I was here my corn was missing. This time the corn was there, but they forgot my avocado.
When I got home to eat, the chicken breast was extremely salty and the brown rice was raw. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

Visited this place for the first time and would definitely go again. Usually when going to this type of healthy “fast food” places you choose what you want to add in a bowl, but here you place your order yourself in atouch big screen, and then they fresh make your bowl/wrap/salad.
They have options of bowls, wraps and salads, each of them with different combinations of ingredients.
Service was good, not that you get much since you place your order, so is basically the person who call you name or maybe takes your order to the table.

I love this place! Everything is so delicious! I love all of the different options they have and I try new bowls every time I go. It’s hard to get my husband to eat healthy, but not here. I definitely recommend eating here and it’s one of my favorite lunch spots I visit weekly!

It was my first time there yesterday and ordered the “Signature Salad” with chicken. It was delicious! As the name implies, it tastes very fresh and of quality ingredients. The salad had a generous portion of chicken with tasty seasoning. My order was ready in like two minutes! The employees were very polite. I’d surely go back.
