Warm, informal buffet eatery in a strip mall with familiar Turkish fare & coffee.

Quick lunch stop here during our visit to Dallas. We were very warmly greeted by the owner who explained us the choices. We went with the buffet option which was $15 pp and $8 for the kids. We added Beef kafta kebab and chicken for $3 each. Buffet had pretty good options of salads, falafel, rice, chicken and beef satay and more. We were also served with hot pita.
Kebab and chicken both were juicy and flavorful.

The Best Kebab You’ve Never Heard Of: A Masterclass Turkish Craft.
I mean what do I know, I’m just Mexican.
But If you’re anything like me, you know that the best meals aren’t found under neon signs or in trendy busy plazas. They’re tucked away in blink-and-you’ll-miss-it storefronts between a dental-care and a hardware store. I recently stumbled upon a family-run gem—the kind of “Mom and Pop” spot where the air smells clean and has a cafe style vibe—
However, the food was nothing less than astounding. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

I went early and was greeted and assisted by the verry kind owner. As this was my first time we spoke about the food, likes and dislikes and I went with the buffet. I q as able to build my own, and selected the spicy rice, fabulous, and the kale salad, wonderful and then tried the 3 meat options from the buffet. I had 2 with chicken and 1 beef. All were very tasty and enjoyable! I spent about $10 and had enough to eat twice!!! Great food at a great price point!

Excellent hospitality and a great first experience with Turkish food. The owner was very welcoming, friendly, and continually checked in on us throughout the visit. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and he personally walked me around and explained everything.
The restaurant offers a buffet for $15, which includes drinks, soups, appetizers, salads, rice, and pita bread—everything except the kebabs. Chicken and beef kebabs are available for an additional $3. Unlike traditional buffets, everything tasted fresh and well prepared, not mass-produced or sitting out for long periods.
This is clearly a family-owned restaurant, and it looked like a one-man operation, with the owner handling everything himself. Despite that, the restaurant was very clean, organized, and well maintained.
It was my first time trying Turkish food. I’ve had Mediterranean food before, and this was a very good experience—homemade, authentic, and comforting. Overall, great food, great service, and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

I recently stumbled upon Sofra Kabob House, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best-kept secrets in the area! As a Pakistani, I wasn’t familiar with the names of the dishes, but the flavors were absolutely captivating. Every bite was a delightful surprise that kept me wanting more.
The buffet was a feast for the senses, showcasing an incredible variety of dishes that were bursting with flavor. I was particularly impressed with the fresh pita bread, which was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The highlight, however, was the kabob! The owner, who is the kindest person, personally prepares these delicious kabobs, ensuring they are tender, moist, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into every dish.
This place is an absolute gem, and I can’t wait to return the next time I’m in the area. Love love love this place! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience!

The boss is very warm with his greeting and checking in on how things are. Their Kebab chicken is very juicy and tender, arguably the BEST kebab I have ever had!! Soup tasted good but wish it was a bit less salty. Other items were OK. Overall the restaurant is very clean. Wish locals gave more support to this family-owned restaurant!

I can’t stress enough, this was the best Mediterranean food I ever have. They are specifically Turkish food, but everything there was amazing. Everything was extremely flavorful, all the meats were tender, juicy. Most Mediterranean places ive been to they’re meat tends to be dried out, but not a single thing had that issues. The owner seems to be the one running the show and he’s a grest guy, he’s extremly friendly, and educates you on everything. If youre looking for the best Turkish food in town go check Sofra kebab house out because its 100% worth it!!!
