We were visiting Dallas from Houston and came across this wonderful restaurant restaurant. The atmosphere and decorations are so nice and really give the place a great vibe. The service was great. Everyone was so nice and they all work together as a team so well. The food and drinks were amazing. Kiddo said it was “10/10 hot cocoa” and the macchiato was delicious and perfect for a cold day. The Mediterranean Skillet was so good and huge. I couldn’t even finish it all. (But I definitely tried) The kids meal was so cute and my kiddo demolished it which is a pretty rare thing. 100% recommend coming here.

Been here 2 times now, the food was really great the first time, service is great. The lady and gentleman that took care of us both times were very nice. The place gets really packed and busy on Saturday mornings, but they do their best to make sure food comes out fast. My only issue is that I ordered the same meal both times and it was not at the same level as the first time. I would definitely go back. Overall we all liked our meals, we all got the skillets (which is a generous serving), some crepes, omelets, drink and more. We also loved the fact that they had Halal options and they guide you through them on the menu. I definitely recommend it for breakfast/brunch

There are plenty of well established breakfast spots in Allen to choose from, but Sofra Breakfast and Lunch needs to be added to your personal top 3. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Food portions are generous. The menu includes something for everyone. Try a dish with the homemade Albanian sausage; or if you have a sweet tooth like me go for their Banana Nutella French Toast (pictured). Everything my wife and I tried was amazing. The food was all delicious and beautifully plated. A great local spot that’s only a stones throw from US 75 providing easy access on McDermott.

Was excited for the food because family had gone and recommended it. They went a couple months back so maybe the chef has changed?
We ordered a chicken skillet and and a chicken and waffle. The skillet was decent, more seasoning would’ve been nice though. The chicken and waffle was a small portion size in my opinion and for $18 you only got one barely seasoned chicken piece and 1 waffle which i thought was a bit expensive for the price you pay, but in their defense it also includes turkey bacon which wasn’t halal so I declined it. We chose a pancake as a side for the skillet and as soon as I cut in, i realized the pancake was gummy inside, aka raw. Waiter replaced the pancake with a fresh one and it too was gummy and raw. The restaurant was quiet and not busy so we couldn’t blame it on a packed restaurant. Unfortunately will not be back.

We visited on a whim after the original breakfast place we wanted to go to was closed, but we were so impressed! The place is really nice. Everything is pretty and clean. The coffee and tea tasted great, and the food was good. Portion sizes are very reasonable. It’s a little pricey compared to other places, but for the atmosphere, service, and food quality, it’s not bad at all. The employees were friendly. Highly recommended!

We went in with high expectations. But some times stars don’t align

The place was deserted on a Friday morning.

We ordered the veggie omelet and the Medi skillet. Both were ok , nothing to write home about.

Service was passable

Ambience was not much.

But a decent place to grab a breakfast!

A Divine Morning at Sofra ✨

I ordered a Chai with almond milk, and I have truly never tasted anything so divine . In an instant, I found myself reflecting on the unseen hands that crafted it — the server without a name tag, whose touch infused the tea with something more than flavor… perhaps love, reverence, and care. It felt like a warm embrace in a cup, magically blended by hands that are deeply loved and honored.

I paired my tea with oatmeal made with almond milk — perfectly comforting and delicious. Later, I ordered a turkey wrap for lunch. I couldn’t finish it, so I shared it with the little birdies nearby. Sharing, after all, is daring to love more ✨

Sofra is more than a café — it’s an experience of simple beauty, nourishment, and quiet connection.☮️

Stopped by here with my husband for brunch in between appointments. As Real Estate Advisors we love trying the local businesses in the areas we serve. Food was yummy, service was nice & the decor was cute.

Found this little gem by accident while driving through the parking lot to another place, and I’m so glad I did! Sofra is absolutely adorable. Our server, Sofie (I hope I have her name right, if not, you can’t miss her awesome blue hair, which looked great!) was such a sweetheart

The presentation of the food was beautiful, and my strawberry cream cheese pancake was on point, fluffy, flavorful and way more than I could finish. Next time, I’ll know to just order one!
Cozy atmosphere, great service, and good food. Can’t wait to come back!

We visited this breakfast and brunch spot for Sunday brunch on Mother’s Day, so it was understandably busy. The place was packed, and we had about a 15–20 minute wait—not too bad for a holiday crowd. We ordered the Bacado omelette and the Mediterranean skillet. While the food took quite a long time to arrive, it was absolutely delicious!!. it would’ve been nice if the staff had been better prepared for the crowd. I’ll definitely give it another try and hope next time they’re better staffed to handle busy morning —because the food really was great!
