My hubs and I are new to SoFlo and we absolutely love it. As a diabetic I need to be mindful of my food choices. George is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, respectful and very friendly. He makes sure I understand the carb and sugar content. We use the protein shakes as meal replacements. Hubs had the protein waffle and loved it. Today we indulged in protein donuts so we know we’ll be enjoying some healthy snacks. Everything tastes so delicious that it feels like a treat. The atmosphere is open, clean, and welcoming. This place is more than just a healthy joint. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the Protein donuts are so good, you can basically pick a flavor blindfolded and will not go wrong. The tea’s are a great source of energy at any time of the day, extremely refreshing. Hungry and don’t have time to sit and eat somewhere for a while, their protein shakes are too dang delicious!! Whether you need a meal replacement, energy booster or just a healthier snack option..this is the spot!!

The protein donuts, waffles and muffins are to die for (my personal favorites Nutella Strawberry, Caramel Coconut, Banana Nut & Blueberry). Delicious protein shakes (strawberry cheesecake highly recommended) and refreshing energizing teas (coconut breeze & mango sunrise are my top two). Friendly owners/staff & great service. From the cleanliness to the vibe, the Epitome of health… From the moment you come in, you’re greeted by the sound of the background music and whatever protein yuminess is in the oven… The ordering experience is easy because the staff is kind and knowledgeable enough to steer you towards what nutrition your looking to fulfill for that meal! I have come for a few days at different times and must say it’s consistently awesome at any time I chose to go! I stopped by Soflo Nutrition and tried the Cookie Monster shake along with the Mango Sunrise, and both were absolutely superb! The shake was rich, flavorful, and perfectly blended and the Mango Sunrise was refreshing and the caffeine boost was what I needed. staff was friendly, the vibe was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious and energizing drinks.

Absolutely delicious products. The donuts are mouth watering and so light tasting yet yummy. If I lived closer, I’d be here daily. The key lime pie shake is incredible. Kid friendly and kids love their kid size teas.
