Had a great time at Sofia’s. I went because I wanted a particular dish which they had, the seafood pasta. Parking is in the structure or you can Uber there. There was a Korean festival and we sat outside watching the festivities. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was great. Will come back.

This place is amazing! We ate here our last night in PR. My husband has the seafood risotto and I had the seafood pasta. We had the Parmesan and truffle potatoes on the side. Also the red sangria is out of this world!!! I would def recommend on your trip for a famous Italian cuisine.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! To start the waiter was attentive and gave amazing recommendations. He recommended an aged rum old fashion. I truly believe you can order anything on the menu and it will taste absolutely delicious! The chefs did an amazing job with all our dishes the flavors and ingredients were so fresh! The portion size was also great! The menu selection was top tier and gave you a different flavor of the city which definitely sets itself apart. Overall 10/10 and great way to end our Puerto Rico experience!

Such a great restaurant in San Juan! I’m usually not big on Old San Juan restaurants because many feel overly touristy, but this place completely changed my mind. The staff and the food made an amazing impression. Alex, our server, was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. I would recommend this spot if you’re visiting Old San Juan. The wait is worth it.

Conveniently located in old San Juan, where there is plenty of tourists walking around. Friendly and courteous service, from the receptionist to our waiter. Food was pretty good, we ordered Sofia’s pizza and Ceasar Salad.

Absolutely horrible experience. Our house is 2 blocks away and we will never be back.
Had the rudest server who was incredibly condescending and misogynistic (not my take – the take of the two men who were with me). He cut me off and mansplained to me when he suggested ordering the calamari for our son and I said that he is vegetarian. Subsequently, he asked us to move tables (mind you, we were already enjoying our San Pellegrino and about to order) and we said that we would prefer not to because our toddler does a lot better in the booth than a chair. He said that the host made a mistake and we would have to move because there was a reservation that needed the table.
We decided to just pay for our drink and leave. While we finished the $9 bottle of San Pellegrino we paid for, the server kept coming by and shooting us looks until we left.
Absolutely horrible experience and we will make sure none of our friends and neighbors go to this miserable establishment.

My first dinner out on the island so maybe this place’s 4.5 star average is relative to the other places in the area, but this place was, objectively, really bad. My $44 14 oz. ribeye (picture above) was 50% fat, 25% tendon, and 25% overly salty meat. Horrible. Tostones flavorless, pastas similar to what you can buy in a jar. Normally wouldn’t leave a review but we came for christmas dinner and don’t want future people to be misled by other reviews when choosing to come here for any sort of occasion. The mussels were good, but hard to mess up butter and garlic sauce with anything. Really disappointed in this “steakhouse” and I hope you’ll save yourself from disappointment too.
