This place is such a gem of a discovery in center city. The vibe right away as you walking into the seating area is that of a true French Moracan cafe. The food is delcious, especially their tangine. Yes the have real authentic tangine!! But their drink selection is incredible! You must try their new Dubai latte, I have never had anything like it, not even in UAE. The owner Sofi who stops by a lot is so friendly & greets guest like friends over his home, with such warmth, so cordial & welcoming.
The bakery items taste like homemade that you will want to take some to go they are that good!

The food was delicious and the place itself is gorgeous. We went with a group of 4 and everyone loved what they got. How it works is that you order at the counter and sit down with your number. We had a little blunder where they kept bringing us out the wrong dish, but the owner/manager was very kind and compensated us with a dessert.

The place is very aesthetic, gives local small business vibes, but very packed and busy during the weekends. You have to order first and then see if there are tables/seating for your party after. When we went in the summer there were flies inside and seating is tight. We ordered the variety of breads and I fear that was the highlight, specifically the baguette. DO NOT recommend the iced matcha. That was the worst one I’ve had a lot of clumps. As for the food, I got the Moroccan chicken sandwich and it was dry, the baguette made up for the chicken.
I would come again to give the other food a try but during the week to avoid the crowd or just order takeout
The staff were clearly doing their best to keep up with the orders

A great little cafe. We had breakfast here on our recent trip to Philly. The shakshuka was excellent, the sandwich was delightful. Customer service was great. The place was super cute.

It is a tiny, beautiful, and delicious Moroccan restaurant. The staff is very kind and industrious. I cannot believe all the dishes were made in that small kitchen. My wife ordered Moroccan eggs, Lam Shank Tagine, and Moroccan selection. Every dish was unique and delicious. The baguette served was crispy and soft. All the vegetables were fresh, just like the flowers on the table. I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant!

Manager was very nice and helpful, and the staff are attentive. Food is authentic and flavorful; I had the kefta tagine, quiche lorraine, and the choclate croissant (9.5/10 croissant, delicious!). All of the food was high quality, prices are fair for the area and cuisine.

The kefta came out late as they had lost my ticket but the manager came to check in on us and resolved the issue very quickly!

I would recommend this spot and look forward to my next visit.

Beautiful space, albeit tiny, so it’s often very busy and packed. I want to like this place- it has so much potential but ultimately fell short.

We ordered the strawberry crepe, the Moroccan chicken sandwich, and a pot of the mint tea.
The crepe came out very quickly, and it was so underwhelming. Strawberry Hershey sauce, very little strawberry, and more artificial sauce drizzled on top. Crepe was not even warm, although the plate was.
Chicken sandwich was very, very dry and had very little flavor.
Mint tea was the best thing we had.

The pictures shared truly capture the essence. A delightful break from the routine workday, slipping away to this cozy spot for a midday escape. A thoroughly enjoyable experience for both the mood and the taste buds. Traditional, savory Moroccan eggs sided with baguette cuts and a light mix of greens. Enhance the experience with a spinach feta croissant and a latte to complete the meal. The staff are attentive and friendly, and glad to guide selections.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this Sofi Corner needs to be known. The space is so lovely and warm! The food was spectacular, too. Very well flavored without being over seasoned. The pastries are delicious and are house made! The owner was sweet enough to drop off some complementary macarons to our table as well. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place.
