Soddy Daisy Nutrition was exceptional this morning. It was my first time visiting this location, and I drove about 20 minutes EARLY this morning, due to the one closer to me being closed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm “good morning,” along with friendly small talk and laughs that truly made my day. I highly recommend this location—it genuinely made me feel welcome and set a positive tone for my morning. I’ll definitely visit more before relocating.

I absolutely love loaded teas. I have a few places I get them from and this is my top place on the weekends when I’m home. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. If you love kool aid and want an energy boost this is the drink for you.

This is one of my favorite tea/shake shops! Staff is very friendly. Always willing to create whatever tea I want, even if it’s not on the menu. The teas and shakes are always delicious. Definitely recommend.

The two girls up front that made the drinks were so nice and very helpful. Me and my mom didn’t know what to get because it was our first time going and we asked what they recommended and they told us everything and was very detailed the drinks were so good! I got star wars and my mom got sunshine. They added a lot of pineapple in my moms though so i should be rating them a 4.5 but that isn’t possible so 5 stars Definitely will go back

I probably should give them 4 stars…HOWEVER, the drinks are fabu!!! VERY pricey but great flavors and packed with vitamins and great supplements. My teenage daughter and I drove over an hour from Rockwood to try their drinks. Someone my daughter follows on Insta posted a pic of a drink she got and said she loved it. I realize you are paying for the healthy ingredients and not just flavor, but dang! $18 for two drinks! I ’bout passed out! The drinks are really big, and as I stated, full of vitamins and supplements. The “guy” mixing the drinks was super cool and knowledgeable. Will DEF go again if I’m in the area! Side note…a Soddy Daisy LEO came in behind us and ordered a meal replacement shake and it looked yummy. The staff knew her order when she walked through the door! And the best thing…all the drinks are keto or lower carb.
