This is such a fun little diner. It has classic charm and is a great place to go if you love diners. The menu is rather large and initially I was concerned that the food wouldn’t be good because of all the options but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the Gyro and fries and it was delicious. We went around 7PM and it wasn’t very busy probably because it closes at 8. It seems to be a popular place and is located fairly close to Hershey Park. This would be a fun place to eat after visiting the park. I will definitely return.

Cute little diner right around the corner from Hershey Park. They have a standard menu of typical diner food. Nothing we had was to rave about but it wasn’t bad, just wish things were better seasoned. The French toast was on the dry side. This is a nice inexpensive place that would be suitable for families.

What a fantastic menu! The k7ds got exactly what they wanted and so did the adults. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner foods along with ice creams , sodas and milkshakes. Prices are reasonable and portions are huge! We loved the old time nostalgia. Service was very attentive with lots of staff. The owner greets you as you walk in the door. If we lived close by, it would be our go-to place!

A fantastic retro diner with all the nostalgic feels. The staff was friendly, and the food was good at an affordable price. Definitely going back when in the Hershey area. Just minutes from all the main attractions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10
We had such a great experience at The Soda Jerk Diner! There were five of us, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We tried the Greek Burger, three Cheeseburgers, and the Chicken Parmesan — all cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The root beer float and banana ice cream were the perfect sweet ending! The service was friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10 — we’ll be back soon!

Classic 50s themed diner with full menu and Greek options as well. Home style food and large portions make this a locals favorite. Save room for dessert!

Our family had lunch here yesterday while we were visiting the Harrisburg, PA area for a few days. We thought the food was excellent as well as the service. The menu has breakfast items like eggs, french toast, pancakes and more that are served all day. The menu also has burgers, sandwiches, salads and various entrees.
We loved the diner atmosphere and decor and the stools at the counter. We would visit again the next time we are in the area.

Atmosphere was great. Very clean and greeted as soon as we walked in and seated. Waitress was very polite and was courteous and professional. Only issue we had was our appetizer came out at same time with our dinner which serves no purpose of ordering appetizers. You would think they would have delayed the meal slightly maybe 5 min. Fish and Chips and was ok but nothing to rave over. 3 small pieces of fish. Wife had roast beef and she said it was good.

We discovered this gem in 2009 while on vacation to Hershey. For 16 years we have discussed and remembered and dreamed of returning. We are so glad we got the chance! The food was outstanding and the staff was so friendly. I have recommended this place to so many friends and will continue too!!! It would have only been made better if our now adult kids and been with us to enjoy it again!

Diners are my favorite restaurant, I’ve lost count on how many I’ve reviewed. I will go out of my way for a diner. They are always welcoming, nostalgic, good comfort food, and friendly local staff. Most of the customers are local also, and I’ve met some amazing people in diners across the country.
While visiting Hersey, I found this diner, and it was a good find. The building is a step back in time and when you walk in you’d expect Elvis sitting at the counter. It’s very 50’s looking and comfortable.
The menu is typical of a diner with home style dishes. We were here for breakfast and it was filling. I had the Creamed chipped beef on toast and an Energy omelette, which both did not disappoint. The coffee was delicious also and they kept it coming.
There is plenty of parking around d the building, but if it looks busy it’s not just the diner parking so do t get discouraged if the parking lot is full, go around the side, plenty of spaces and the diner is large inside so plenty of seating.
