Best coffee place hands down!!! The Peppermint Hot Chocolate is my absolute favorite. I havent found a place that makes it neat as good yet.

Awesome local coffee shop! Can’t recommend them enough! They recently moved down the street to a bigger space, with more seating. The drink choices are amazing! The staff are friendly! The atmosphere is very relaxing. ☕❤

Like Starbucks only better. It’s the opposite of a corporate coffee place. It’s an odd shaped place, long and skinny. There’s a little seating downstairs and a very nice, comfy, seating area upstairs. There’s a little “lending library” upstairs – I don’t think it’s only for decoration. There’s a bathroom upstairs. So you don’t have to go downstairs if the coffee fills your bladder. (I’m not sure taking the lending books to the bathroom would be acceptable.) As a dude, I hate to say things like “it’s a really cute place!”. But it is. The barista’s were very nice. And the frou-frou coffee I got (The Southern Comfort if I recall) was very good. Definitely a go-to, and return-to place.
It makes me sad to say this, but I have to drop a star from my review. The Grind relocated. They’re no longer in the quirky building with the comfy upstairs. They’re in a fancy new construction WITH A DRIVE THROUGH! Great, now folks can grab their coffee without physical effort or much interaction with other folks. Promoting obesity and loneliness one customer (or carload of customers) at a time. It used to feel like a Starbucks alternative. Now it feels like a Starbucks imitation. And frankly, I think the staff went down too. At the old location, I would have told you I thought the staff were awesome. On my last two visits – at the new location – I found the staff to be uninterested, even approaching surly. I don’t know if the staff changed with the location. Maybe it’s because I went on a Saturday when most previous visits were on weekdays in the late afternoon. Anyway, it makes me sad that I’m no longer enjoying The Grind as much.

SoCo Grind is awesome. From the friendly staff to the ambiance to the flavor of the coffee, we were thoroughly impressed. Plenty of room to just relaxed & enjoy your coffee & pastries or work remotely. So glad we found SoCo Grind. The WiFi was blazing fast.
We will be back.

Cute coffee shop with an upstairs and downstairs area. Super chic and modern. Lots of customizable coffee options as well as teas and lemonade! They also have snacks like cookies and brownies, etc… Highly recommend checking them out!

The best coffee in town! My family and I even buy their coffee beans to brew at home. Everyone is so nice there and we love it!

I’m guessing the owners are heavily religious, but they aren’t proselytizing about it, so that’s cool. Good coffee made by hand (and you can tell because ever so rarely there’s a burned shot)
