The owners of Social Tap developed the concept only knowing the restaurant business from the customer side of the table. Their vision was to focus on customer service, great food using high quality ingredients, creative cocktails & an emphasis on local craft beer. Everything that comes out of the Social Tap kitchen is scratch made, from our signature sandwiches, braised tacos or wing sauces. We say ‘no’ to freezers and ‘yes’ to freshness. It is our firm belief that great food is the foundation to a restaurant’s identity, therefore we don’t cut corners. By creating a welcoming atmosphere with a comfortable feel, we are the perfect place for anything, from a business meeting to watching your favorite sporting event.

Stopped in downtown Scottsdale with a group of four after a travel day — wings, nachos, and beer hit the spot. Food was solid, exactly what you want after hauling luggage around all day.
We did have to stash our suitcases under a stairwell, which made me a little nervous having them out of sight… but also, we’re tourists in Scottsdale here to golf, so I get that this probably isn’t their first suitcase rodeo.
Only real downside was the server — felt a bit like our presence was an inconvenience. Nothing terrible, just not exactly warm-and-fuzzy hospitality.
That said, cool spot, good vibes, good food, and I’d still come back — maybe just without luggage next time.

Great service, fantastic building and ambiance, but the Southwest burger that I got was nasty, like a typical frozen processed patty that was tasteless, and my wife’s seared tuna tacos for $14 was pathetic. Should have been more like $6. The beer was also nasty, I only finished a third of my glass. Will definitely not be back.

Great spot with lots of TVs to watch sports. Went there for super bowl and impressed with their professional reservation / seating process. Highly recommend for future super bowl games. Faith, our server, was consistently great during the 4 1/2 hours we were there. Would recommend the bar checks the cleanliness of the bathrooms more frequently.

Stopped in to watch the playoff game on a cool night. Pretty cool atmosphere. The bartender was pretty much on point. Very attentive. Wine was chilled perfectly. Didn’t care for the tuna tacos, not very flavorful. Probably should have just gone with the wings.

I’d like to say as a military brat and someone with 3 years in the service industry I have visited 19 states and I have never had a restaurant handle a situation this unprofessionally until today. For background I called social tap 2 separate times regarding a table they told me about coming at 3 to put my name on a waitlist (I did and was the very first one to do so). Two women took my name and phone number and that is it(important later). We get a text telling us our table is ready both women are the same that took my name down(important later) we then get sat order food and drinks. We are enjoying our time until our waitress (who was amazing and should get zero hate) asked us if we knew about the per person minimum we all look confused and feeling guilty for a mistake that was not hers said it was $75 per person. To help resolve it she calls the general manager who I feel was extremely unprofessional and rude. He said in a rude tone “what do you want me to do” “it’s not my fault the wife of the owner should have told you at the front(one of the two women that took my name) no “I cannot reach the owner for you” then saying everyone else knows so we should too and that everyone signed something then I said here’s my ID point to where I signed anything. Then he switched up and saying since we were a walk in we didn’t sign anything and that the fact there was no signs on the menu table or their social medias platforms was not his fault. And without anything resolved he proceeded to walk away. Thankfully whoever the waitress was and the manger upstairs was knew how to handle a situation. I know I’m missing other details but that is the sum of it. If social tap wants to call me out I welcome any proof of me signing or any footage where they say there was a per person minimum. I didn’t even want it waived originally I just needed some sort of compensation or even an apology from the general manager or the wife of the owner who the general manager put all the blame on. Edit if like to add I’m sorry if I came off spoiled or self centered in the beginning I only said that to help illustrate that is isn’t just unprofessional locally but compared to other states.

This is a chill spot to hang out, relax, watch sports/fights, and just meet up with friends.
This is my second time here and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food is and a BONUS is food, service, & atmosphere were all CONSISTENT both times we’ve been.
We got the hot chicken sandwich, bacon burger, brisket mac’n cheese, truffles fries, and last but not least drum margaritas were soo good

Great spot for a group dinner for work. Ariana was a phenomenal server who tended to our group of 16 very well. Good atmosphere with the doors open too.
