Social Taco is absolutely delicious!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner with a warm smile and sat at a table by a pleasant hostess.
The waiter was very nice and made sure I was good throughout the meal.
I ordered the taco flight and had the Pinoy Taco, The Walk in the Park Chicken Taco, and the Gringo Bacon Taco. All three were flavorful and delicious.
I ended the meal with dessert which was Mexican Cheesecake Enchiladas. Wow, it was good!
It was an expensive lunch that cost me $35 with the tip. Would I go again?
Absolutely! I’m going to make it a point to try each taco they have there.
The “Passport” that they give you helps you keep track of what you have had and after filling the passport you get a free flight of tacos, drink, and dessert.

What a fun taco spot!! Service (Jason) was spot on. Food came out in good time and was hot…..appropriate for the item. Tried a flight of 3 different tacos (Nashville Shrimp, Walk in the Park, Birria Beef). Next time……a different flight…..gotta eat the menu!!

We loved this new restaurant. The concept is great! They offer tacos with food from different parts of the world. For example, you can get a chicken masala taco, a chicken kungpao taco, and a burger taco (gringo). So fun and tasty. The only one we thought it can be improved is the chimichurri taco. The queso (from the appetizers) is too liquid. Those are the only reasons we did not give five stars. The kids loved it.

I love the idea of this restaurant!! The menu is so unique, with lots of options I’d love to try. Service was very friendly and fast. I felt like everything could have used more seasoning. This site in Bloomington is still fairly new so hopefully they’ll keep working out the kinks, since these plates have great potential!

I came to social tacos for the first time and ordered from the vegaterian menu (Portobello mushroom, Sweet potato, Falafel and cauliflower) overall the tacos were fire! These are not authentic at all but that is ok I came with an open mind and a hungry belly. I would recommend the Sweet potato and Falafel tacos! The chips and salsa are tasty. Definitely a great spot to fill your belly and local spot!

Tacos were good portions for the price. The flight of three tacos is a perfect meal. You can pick from a variety of combinations to make your own meal. Definitely recommend!

Arrived about 3:15 on Friday. Not the friendliest waiter. Seemed like we were bothering him. We (2 of us) ordered taco flights, which is a combo of 3 of their tacos. The kitchen mixed up our flights (I got 2 of my wife’s tacos and she got 2 of mine. The waiter, when asked, easily identified each taco and didn’t catch their mistakes when he brought them out. The waiter also didn’t seem to care. Once we got the right tacos, we were both impressed. The flavor of the Nashville Chicken and Smoked Pork tacos was amazing! The food was delicious and delivered quickly. If they (waiter or kitchen) taken time to get the orders right, it would’ve been amazing. Will try it again but not looking forward to the dine in experience, as we will have to verify our orders, and possibly deal with a grumpy waiter.
