Had a wonderful experience here. It’s not advertised that it is gluten free however I called them up beforehand and they told me they can accommodate and have many dishes available. I went and was welcomed. The waiter was informative but also called the chef and he double checked everything with me and was very patient. The chef even suggested he will make me a gluten free pizza the next day. Lively service and the food was amazing. Will come here again. Shukran!

Friendly and clean atmosphere with a decent view. Service was very good. The kebabs were delicious and the bread is homemade and nice. The fattoush salad is the best I’ve had.

They charged me someone else’s bill and when I asked for receipt after calculating myself the waiter who has curly hair and light skin said he mistakenly charged another customer’s bill which means he knew what he was doing
He asked my bank info for refunding extra amount that I paid it’s been 12 days I’ve been in contact with the WhatsApp customer service number provided by that waiter but they keep saying they’re waiting for team’s review, I will be officially filing a complaint on this restaurant! Worst experience and I even tipped thinking the waiter was saying the truth and generous but I’ll be filing a complaint now officially! The rib eye steak was really good. I got the medium rare steak, it was tasty but the only thing was that the meat was a bit tough. The tagliatelle di pollo pasta also tasted good. We also got the san sebastian for dessert, it was so creamy and well balanced. I wish they had more side dishes and pasta in their menus. The ambiance and music was contemporary. The structure of the outside balcony could use a bit more of a modern touch. I adored the staff, they were so polite and assistive with all our needs.

If you’re in Madinah, I highly recommend visiting Social House for a fantastic meal and a warm atmosphere. Also highly recommend checking out their lunch special from Sunday – Thursday between 12-6pm. It’s a “bang for your buck”.

One of our favourite places in Madinah. We always come back. Love most their dishes. Except for the salmon, its dry and bland. Overall very good prices with large portions.
They have an outdoor seating option as well (when weather allows).
They also have a lunch offer during the weekdays until 5 pm for 66 SR, which is what we got today.
Staff are very friendly.
Service is fast.
They used to have a bigger menu with more options, but its much less now.
